Good course. On a higher level with the standard of instruction and real world experience.

The instructors were very professional and knowledgeable on what they were teaching us and were able to answer any questions we had in depth, they also made sure that everything taught to us was understood at every point.

The trainers are knowledgeable and very experienced in the field. The course is not easy, it's challenging and rewarding.

You will learn skills for life, and discover things about yourself you may not have known. Get comfortable being uncomfortable.

Combat day, evasive driving, team and foot formations, and the shooting range were stand out days.

My experience in this course has taken me to another level in terms of leadership and communication, and I have really learned a lot from Lance and J and the individuals around me in the course.

​To be honest I was skeptical before booking i had heard a few negative comments from people I knew claiming the course was too much of a "show off" rather than focusing on real knowledge. However, I decided to trust my gut and make the investment anyway. What they stand for, how they present themselves, and the indepth course curriculum completely aligned with what I was looking for and im glad I made that decision.

​The trainers, Jaye and Lance, are fantastic. The sheer depth of their real world experience and their excellent delivery methods completely exceeded my expectations. They both have unique personalities with their own unique ways of managing and teaching you, which creates a nice balance well rounded learning environment.

​You have to lock in from day one. This course is packed with massive amounts of information delivered at high pace. It is not for the faint hearted and it requires 100% of your attention and effort. With 11 to 12-hour days if you aren't fully committed you WILL struggle.

The real life operations we performed is what it enjoyed the most transitioning from theory to practical exercises completely solidified my understanding of the fundamentals and what to expect in the field. How Lance and Jaye goes the extra mile with a level of attention to detail you simply won't find anywhere else, in addition to being class gentleman with a great sense of humor.

​What you put into this course is exactly what you get out of it. I fully committed myself because cp isn't just a job it isa complete lifestyle. You have to be ready to dedicate yourself entirely, otherwise you’ll quickly find yourself in the deep end and failing to progress.

​If you are serious about this industry and ylu want to develop your character and skills Phoenix is the golden standard.

Tom is a class gentleman and was fantastic in dealing with any questions and awnsering any question I need, so dont hesitate in contacting him and to as ask any questions that you have he will guide you all the way.

If I could make just make one tactical recommendation for future courses, a more diverse biscuit variety. The training was elite, but if I have to look at another biscoff biscuit anytime soon it will be med major for me as I'll actually require medical attention.. A custard cream or a bourbon would do the trick to fuel those 12-hour days!

I came with the intention to develop myself in a particular area. When I got to Phoenix, I realized that there were more than just CP training the tutors were into.

They were guidance counsellors, confidantes, psychologist and every bit of every character and personality you needed to support you along the journey.

Your strengths and weaknesses were highlighted and tested. I am grateful for the experience... Training were real life scenarios that positioned you where you would be and how you are expected to respond.

I would totally recommend this course to to be done at Phoenix. Tutors are well experienced and grounded in everyday needed.. from Surveillance - Hostile Ops. To be honest, it's gonna be a challenge but the ride is worth every minute of it.

Special thanks to Gov for the inspirational speech. Lance + Jermaine for "the hurry-ups"... and the ride we all experienced. Tom for guidance and behind the scenes task being completed.

Absolutely amazing course! Very demanding throughout but that is the standards within the CP world, high expectations. I found the course to be very professional, the instructors Lance & Jay are two extremely passionate individuals and want to help guide you to the best of your ability. Not only the instructors but Tom from the team is extremely helpful and there to assist where needed. 100% would recommend anyone thinking of beginning there journey, to do it with Phoenix!

The experience was really good, the tutors were really helpful teaching the whole class. Everything went above expectation apart from the driving aspect. It was not the fault of the tutors but the vehicles provided didn’t work and we missed out on a chunk of the day because of the faults of the vehicles. But other then that had a great time with phoenix and would recommend people to come here for the extra courses provided.

Standards are very high and content delivery was spot on.Thank you to the team for their time and patience in training us to be qualified Phoenix CPO's.Wouldn't have gone anywhere else👏

The course was well delivered by very knowledgeable instructors. My only real issue was not having time to eat but the benefits far outweigh the discomfort so can’t bring myself to knock a star off. All round great experience and I’ve definitely added to my skill set. I was more than happy and honoured to shake my instructors hands at the end of a successful course.

Was an incredible experience. Learnt so much and was humbled by my instructors. True legends and advocates to the security industry.

They have taught me what it means to be committed, to keep pushing and essentially what it takes to be a good CPO.

I enjoyed my time with pheonix, from the start I didn't know what to expect but the degree and level of which lance and jaye took to make sure we got all information we needed and the patiences they had to for each person showed there commitment to teaching us and trying to produce competent CPO's. I learned a lot from this course thank you again

great instructors very knowledgeable with good ethics they push you to be a better person and excel in your tasks

The instructors are really experienced and are able to pick up the skill set of the students and refine/develop it further.
Also they are able to give you insights and prepare for that you have not encountered yet.
This is the most academicly challenging course I ve been on

The course was ran well as both instructors share a variety of knowledge in the field of work, it’s an intense course but is as real as it gets as you do your operations real time in public.

Fully professional and well equipped with skills and ability to work under high pressure well done to trainers and fully recomended if I had to do it again always my number 1 choice will be phoenix...
