Company Did Not Honor Its Own Refund Policy
I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I received a damaged product and followed the return/refund process outlined in their own posted refund policy. I provided the requested photos and video and requested an RMA and refund for the damaged item.
At one point, I was informed that a refund would be provided for the damaged product. After continued back-and-forth communication, the company changed its position and sent a replacement instead, even though I did not request a replacement as my final resolution. They then stated they could not issue a refund because a replacement had already been processed.
In my opinion, this is poor customer service and does not reflect a company standing behind its own policy or its prior customer service communication. Buyers should be cautious and make sure they fully document all communication, photos, videos, and refund requests.
I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
