Highly recommend Stuart, he found the fault with our dishwasher on first visit which another local company had missed on several visits over several months. When the part couldn't be sourced he advised us on next steps and came back to fit our new dishwasher.

With our kitchen fridge down, and all the mayhem that accompanies that disaster, Stuart arrived within 24 hrs - on a Saturday - diagnosed the problem and ordered the new part there and then. What more can I say? Polite, efficient, knowledgeable. Well done.

Highly recommend, Stuart was able to come within 2 days of the first call and was able to fix the problem within a week (only because we needed to order a new part). So happy with his service, understanding and price. Will definitely use again.

Heater failed on dishwasher. Stuart confirmed the problem on his initial visit and returned exactly as planned to fit a replacement part. Extremely polite, punctual and communicative at all times.

A part needed replacing in our Neff Double Oven.
Stuart knew what part was needed over the phone, he pointed us in the right direction as to where to buy the part. After it arrived we messaged him and 3 days later fitted it with no fuss. Stuart is helpful, knowlegable and very friendly. He explained he has 16 years of experience with domestic appliances.

We contacted Prompt and Precise on a weekend with a fault with our washing machine. They responded the same day and had booked in an appointment for the next working day. Stuart was knowledgeable and friendly and had even guessed what the problem might be in advance and bought the necessary part with him. Overall the service was excellent and exceeded my expectations in just how prompt they would be!! I would highly recommend Prompt and Precise.

I was in danger of being without a dishwasher for the festive period when my old one died and I couldn't get a new one delivered until 23 December. The supplier wasn't able to plumb it in though so I checked social media and found Prompt and Precise who assured me that Stuart would come out the next day to plumb it in. Seeing is believing [especially with plumbers] but Stuart arrived early and finished a tricky job within an hour. He's a knowledgeable chap, reliable and reasonably priced so I will definitely use him again - especially as I'm about to cancel my British Gas Homecare appliance insurance for repeatedly sending out incompetent engineers. Tradesmen you can trust to do what they promise are as rare as hens' teeth.

Stuart and Carl truly live up to the name of their company. I called them a day ago and they fixed my dishwasher the day after. The problem was rectified quickly and Carl cleaned the whole area after the work really well.

Our tumble dryer stopped working and I called Stuart who came the same day to look at it. He quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and came back to fix it - all done within a few days. Excellent service, very reasonably priced and a really nice man to deal with. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

My dishwasher made a strange noise and showed an error code. I phoned Prompt and Precise and Stuart arrived at the arranged time. He fixed the problem. Stuart is a very experienced domestic appliance engineer and I highly recommend him.

My oven would not work. I thought it was the element, rang Stuart who from my description thought it would be. He asked for the model number and came the next day and repaired. Also checked other parts were working ok and giving sound advise. In the past, with warranty repairs, an engineer comes out , orders part then returns. leaving you without your appliance. Will not be taking out extended warranties but will call Stuart. Highly recommended.

Had a problem with a dishwasher door that wouldn't open fully. Called Stuart who offered to come the next day, phoning in advance of his visit. He quickly identified the problem was due to water leaking from the kitchen sink resulting in the cabinet expanding, jamming the door. He wasn't able to solve the problem but offered to come back and help remove the dishwasher when we were ready to repair the cabinet.

Pleasantly surprised by Stuart’s service. He repaired my fridge and now it works good as new. He also gave good advice. Highly recommend
