Absolutely appalling business.Poorly run by a narcissistic maniac who talks sexual on lives when kids are watching.Cats all over the worktops where she prepares her food AND her desk where she makes the cups.These cats are neglected,there is photographic evidence of worms hanging out the cats ar$ehole whilst on live.They are also riddled with fleas and piss all over her flat.
Please check ALL of the awareness pages on TikTok about her.Especially the pages DWP VOL 4 and SinnerSkinner.

It's there for all to see.This person is not wired right,that much is evident by the way she speaks.Absolutely foul language,turns EVERYTHING sexual (I'm very broad minded but she is borderline disturbed).She has also spoken very,very inappropriately to young people on the app asking about their private parts.

There is something deeply unsettling about how she speaks to people.
Also blocking when you've paid for a cup for absolutely no reason.Scamming charities with questionable raffles on tiktok.Strange Go-Fund me's and no evidence of where the money has gone.

As for her business.We have seen that the stoppers at the bottom of the cups are easily removed or fall out which could prove fatal if a child swallowed it.
The glitter is awful,clumpy and splits in what looks like stagnant pond water.The standards of hygiene are below 0.Trading standards and environmental health should be closing her down.
..Not to mention the deep dive by factfreak on YouTube about her.
If you have ordered from her and not happy,please make sure you get a chargeback from your bank.These cups are not fit to use.
Seriously folks,if you are stupid enough to order off her and spend your cash on this crap,you really need to give your head a shake.
There are PLENTY of great,small and grateful businesses out there who really would appreciate your custom.
Please hit this awful business where it hurts.The pocket.

Absolutely disgusting customer service & person!

Ordered on the 13th May a Toy Story kids bottle for my son’s birthday. Was made on live on the 16th May was happy with it etc however 7-10 days passed as stated for delivery on her website so I thought I’ll message her on the 28th just asking for a update as it’s my little one’s birthday on the 6th of June I wanted it as an extra present. She replied stating she was sorry & that it was gonna be sent out on the 29th next day delivery! Messaged her on the 2nd,3rd & 4th for update & tracking info, no reply. So I went on the live & asked her to check her emails or if a mod could help me. I stated I hadn’t received my cup wanted tracking. People was asking when I ordered told them etc eventually with other people in the comments helping me she finally answered and looked! She then accused me of lying about emailing her then she suddenly found it where she stated next day delivery then said I was “CLEVER” because she didn’t create a shipping label as she sent it with my other orders HOWEVER IT WAS MY FIRST & ONLY EVER ORDER WITH HER so I could claim a refund when I’ve got the item! So it was bullshit she never created the label cuz she didn’t send it as I had no other orders! I wouldn’t of been so bothered if it wasn’t for my sons birthday and if I wasn’t in a rush! But I ordered 3 weeks in advance I was nothing but polite to be treated like shit

The lady's attitude is shocking! My sister ordered a cup and because she wasn't in the live at 1.30am to choose her glitters she cancelled her order and said the next day on live i cancelled your order because you failed to come in the live last night if you cant make my lives id rather you not order. My sister is a nurse so cant be sat on her live till sometimes 3am to tell her what glitter she wants. I understand her content is making them on live but surly there should be option on the order to pick the glitters incase you cant be in the live to choose. She can still make them on live because then the customer has already put on their orders what glitters they want. If you expect them to be in your live while the orders being made maybe do the lives at a more suitable time not gone 9pm till 3am. Her whole attitude is shocking! Her customer service is worst ive ever witnessed

The reviews you see are from trolls on tiktok, always in her live trolling and insulting this business owner. She has made hundreds of cups with no issues and customers being very satisfied with bo issues. Please please be aware of numerous amount of trolls who have never purchased trying to ruining this business

Ordered a cup and it is awful! The glitter splits as not made correctly, Rachel is extremely rude to people in her lives, blocks people for asking questions, talks about things that shouldn’t be spoke about when children are watching to have their cups made! Allows cats all over the decals, work surface and packaging. Avoid! Many other cup makers who actually have good customer service and make decent products

Rude individual, appalling customer service and allows her cats, who she admits have fleas, to sit on her products and orders ready to post. Her name-calling of customers is grotesque and her deviant sexual talk during lives is repugnant. AVOID RACHEL SKINNER LIKE THE PLAGUE and buy your cup in Poundland. They are the same. She charges £25 for sticking glitter in a £1 cup!! A SCAMMER. A NASTY ONE.

I ordered a cup from Rachel and emailed her which colour glitter I wanted everything was fine I went into her live and missed my name even tho I had emailed her I then went in today Tuesday 2nd June and just asked when my cup was being made she got extremely rude stating I emailed her my colours and to stop causing drama I wasn’t causing drama I just wanted to see the cup being made because I was going to work her attitude is diabolical she ignored my comments and my emails and is refusing a refund took my name off of the decal and got her ‘mod’ to block me I’d be careful about ordering

Came across her on tiktok and ordered one of her cups ,and she makes it online the colour's and decal of choice ,she was very rude took no notice of my choice ,people on her live were trying g to tell her but was ignored ,she is very abrupt, rude her behavior is terrible ,I will never order again ,delivery was weeks and cup was terrible I ended up putting it in bin ,awful shop ,advice I qouls give is to avoid at all cost.

Was going to purchase a cup but with bad reviews and the way she treats and speaks to customers is atrocious also saying people from Scotland wont be getting cups thar leaves me out that to me is discrimination so definitely wont be purchasing this person shouldn't be allowed to sell ir speak to people the way she does its shocking

Glitter has split and is in 2 solid clumps. One at the top one at the bottom. It does not move. I emailed and was asked for a refund. Mentioned it on her live stream and was blocked. If I could give 0 stars I would! AVOID!

Lovely cups! Myself and family have purchased and have been very happy with the service. Really good quality, delivery reasonable and communication great. Highly recommend. Unfortunately Rachel has been a target for online bullying and people are giving false bad reviews and lies by awful people. Don't be put off purchasing if you wish to do so

Just received my snow globe cup from Rachel packaged really well , inside the box was well protected and included a thank you card and care instructions for my cup . The cup itself was everything I wanted it to be and in perfect condition . Please dont be put off by others this lady is selling quality cups at a much cheaper price than normal and I would recommend this business to anyone

Absolutely appaling customer servive . Delivery is rubbish the stopper cones of the bottom . She lets her cats go over the work desk while making cups also she plays with her privare parts then continues making cups without washing her hands also when going to toliet on live and not washed her hands . Definetly scamming peolpe she claims benifits and earns over £300 a day ontop of benifts shes also had £1000 to her in 1 day .《 DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THUS HOLY COW CUSTOMS . She also looks up where you live . Your name has to be correct as the email or she will ask your ur mobile number . Shes doing fraud . Keeps the money and not refunding customers . Please dont buy

Would have been a customer asked a question on the tiktok live over 20 times to get ignored, then asked why i was being ignored and stated that ignoring customers is exactly how to lose them and got blocked. Would not recommend. Customer service is appalling
