It was smooth process. Easy to understand. Good rate for my auto loan needs. The agent Joseph Hernandez was extremely professional and patient in explaining details and every step.
One thing that I did not like so much that they only provided me offer from one single lender and there were no options to choose from. But I am fully satisfied with what service I got from rate genius.

I’m only giving them 1 star because 0 is not an option. We recently sent in all of our information to this lender and we’re all set up to refinance our truck. After everything was sent, we received no more information about our vehicle. Dennis Ortiz did all of our paperwork, and we never heard from him again. Over a month of trying to get ahold of him, or anymore and no one returned our calls. Absolutely the WORST customer service and company I have ever dealt with. If you’re looking for a place with no help, no way to get in contact with anyone, and a complete waste of your time, this is the place. If you’re trying to save money… I would look elsewhere.

My agent was very knowledgeable, straight forward, and answered all my questions. He also found the rate and auto warranty I was looking for and cutting my rate almost in half with refinancing my auto loan.

I liked the way Ann helped me through this process and I would recommend that anyone with Not so good credit give it a try.I was very happy with my experience.

My experience was mostly pleasant. My representative talked me through the steps and kept me up-to-date on how the process was going and what I needed to do. I'd give 5 stars but having to go get some papers notarized and send them out was a slight inconvenience.

Horrible experience that I hope you can I one else has to go through. Took months, yes months, I was lied to repeatedly, had to send documents multiple times and was told I would be reimbursed for the multiple notary fees but never was. Took so long that I was charged a late fee by my previous bank and no manager had ever responded to my requests. Just was a horrible expensive experience. Oh and my new payment is more than I was told and I was forced to make a payment *early* instead of a 2 month grace period as I was told. RUN AWAY!

Handle my refinance quick and easy. I felt like I was informed in great detail of the whole process before proceeding with documentation.

Just completely refinance on my 2017 Santa Fe. They made the process very easy, anything I had is sent out had prepaid postage along with it. Although you do pay a decent chunk of change to complete the whole process. In the end, my payments are lower and that's all I really care about.

I had a little more of difficult Refinance due to my own circumstances. And they were taken in stride and worked around excellently.
