Extremely disappointing experience, still no refund after weeks of chasing
I’m really disappointed with my experience shopping with RELR. I placed an order on 30th September and didn’t receive it until 10th October. I returned the item within 5 days of receiving it, well within any reasonable timeframe, and it was sent back in perfect condition.
RELR confirmed they received my return on 27th October, yet weeks later I am still chasing a refund. The refund was even started through PayPal twice, only for it to be cancelled by RELR both times. I emailed on 10th November and was told refunds can take up to 21 working days during busy periods — but considering they had already attempted (and cancelled) the refund twice, this excuse feels unacceptable. It is now 21st November and still nothing.
What’s most disappointing is that I genuinely admired Emily and the RELR brand. I expected a small business to offer good customer care, but instead I’ve had to repeatedly chase for a simple refund, with no resolution in sight. It has been frustrating and incredibly unprofessional.
I really hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their returns and customer service processes, because this has completely put me off purchasing from them again.

I was so excited to receive my order…
I was so excited to receive my order from RELR to discover that one of the items I’d ordered was missing. I contacted costumer services straight away (7th Nov) and I was given reassurance that I’d receive a refund. RELR attempted to refund me via PayPal but I received a notice from PayPal that there was a problem. RELR tried again, same problem. I’ve received refunds via PayPal from other companies within this time frame so I know PayPal isn’t the problem. I’d of happily received my refund via an alternative option but this wasn’t suggested.
I contacted costumer services back straight away (11th November) after the failed second attempt, and I was basically ghosted. It is now the 15th November.
I’m just so disappointed - I’m out of pocket for items I’ve not received, and RELR has wasted my time due to poor communication - just not good enough
Thank you to Charlotte for taking the time to sort this problem. I have now received my refund for the missing item from my order. Unfortunately the item I returned still hasn’t been refunded due to the same problem with PayPal. Please can this be investigated as well

Let Down by Brand
I have spent probably £800 with this brand in the past 2 years and never had any issues. Ordered body suit and skort on 30/9 and still not received or had a response after 5 emails. Like many others I ordered this outfit for an event and cannot afford to simply buy another outfit. Was absolutely gutted and the lack of acknowledgment and customer service is appalling. All I see still is constant reels for new products which I feel is a slap in the face for those of us still waiting on the last release. Very disappointing RELR

The products finally arrived after more than a month. I placed the order on October 6th, and the package was delivered on November 12th.
The products themselves are very good, but the long waiting time is not worth it. It is extremely frustrating to order something for a specific occasion and not receive it on time.

Awful customer experience
Sadly this is some of the worst custmer service ever experienced. After placing an order on 9th Oct, 3 weeks went by with no updates at all. I emailed and messaged on Insta but, depsite contiuning to post content, messages were ignored. Eventually I found out there was a delay in China(!), then when my package did turn up it was missing an item. If there are unexpected delays you need to communicate with your customers, not ignore them and hope the problem goes away. The constant posting of new content on socials is narcissistic and self-serving when they can't get back to customers, they obviously have time to do this. They have now deleted comments from a large number of customers asking for updates so I need to review them here. Please don't order from this company if you expect a decent level of service and comms.

I have ordered from RELR previously so…
I have ordered from RELR previously so I know how amazing the dresses are but I am now approaching a month since ordering and nothing! When I placed the order the delivery time was 10-15 working days due to the launch of the new collection however I have since been told that the stock has not arrived due to a typhoon. While I understand that this is completely outwith control I am not happy at the fact that the website makes it appear that the stock is ready to be shipped. The same dress that I have ordered in the same size is available on the site for delivery in 3-5 working days. I have emailed, sent dms on instagram and commented on posts but no response. I appreciate there was an update emailed last week but this alluded that the items would be sent by the start of this week and still nothing. Can I please have an update? And might be worth noting for future that if the stock is not on site, then it’s a preorder as this will help manage people’s expectations.

I followed Emily on socials before ELR style was a concept, and have seen it grow to the now booming RELR! The pieces that I’ve bought over the years have all been top quality, double lined for the bigger busted girls, built in shape wear, and extenders were genius - making them super comfortable for all of us long back girls! I have two of the dresses and they’re my favourite go to for any occasion as well - no shape-wear needed!

Poor customer service.
First time ordering from this company (30th September) and have been disappointed. Ordered the skort and body for a party (17th October).
At time of ordering it stated 5-10 working days for delivery, which worked fine for when I needed the items. I contacted them (7th October) after the order status was still sat at unfulfilled, to be sent an email telling me to wait the 10working days.
Well the timescale came and went and my order is still sat at the same un fulfilled status.
I made contact again to ask if it had been dispatched and if not could I please have a refund.
Refund received today with no explanation or apology. They could have explained on the first contact that it would be delayed allowing me a chance to order something else for the party.

Very disappointing experience
. I bought a swimsuit from this so-called “high-end” company that claimed to be flattering and give a great shape. After wearing it once, the padding made the bust area pucker and lose shape completely.
I asked for an exchange, but they were out of stock, so I requested a refund. At first, customer service seemed helpful, but that quickly changed. I had to send around 20 emails and several social media messages chasing my refund, most went unanswered. Eventually, someone responded with excuses, and while I did finally get my refund, the postage they’d promised to cover took even longer to arrive.
Overall, a really frustrating experience. The company markets itself as premium, but neither the product nor the service lived up to that. I won’t be buying from them again and wouldn’t recommend them to others.
A lot of my emails were not responded to at all actually !!!! I had to revert to contacting your company via instagram!! Which yes the message did get a reply eventually. Thank you I shall not be using your company again recommending you to anyone

If you’re debating the leggings
If you’re debating the leggings, don’t! I was questioning whether to get them, saw the girls in them and they all looked amazing. Decided to purchase a pair and at 40+ weeks pregnant they still pull me in and cover all the lumps and bumps. Cannot wait to wear them once I’m no longer pregnant. They’re so soft and the quality is beautiful. Get them!

These leggings looked tiny but they stretch perfectly. Soooo soft and comfortable to wear. No knicker line on show and 100% squat proof. Comfy for day wear and they’ve held up well at the gym and during Pilates. Love them. One star removed as they took a fair while to arrive (2+ weeks) but otherwise perfect.
