Communication was prompt and detailed. There were regular updates to rate drops which not only saved us money but filled us with confidence that our interests were at the front of their minds. It’s been a little while since Ray helped us to get our mortgage. As I am self-employed, getting a mortgage was a daunting prospect as I basically had no idea where to begin. However, my first phonecall with Ray answered a lot of my questions and it was reassuring to have him in our corner every step of the way. I guess the mortgage market has changed a lot in two years, but the need for good advice hasn’t, and I would definitely recommend Ray, and would use him again myself without hesitation. Cheers Ray!

Ray really helped with getting us a new fixed rate on our mortgage once we came out of fixed deal, would highly recommend.
