Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. We used this delivery company three times, and all three deliveries had problems with communication, delays, or damaged furniture. Customer service is extremely disrespectful and unhelpful. Every time we called, notes were either not taken or corrections were never made. There is clearly poor communication between departments.

Furniture was not delivered on time or arrived in poor condition, and nobody seemed willing to resolve the issues properly. I would never recommend this company to anyone. If I could give less than one star, I would.

Day labor workers have NO reason to give AF.

It appears that, while staying at the Red Roof hotel in Lancaster, there are roughly 12 trucks parked here blocking up driving lanes at this hotel and tfat these “drivers” LIVE here at this hotel. Clearly, these men are not contracted day labors who probably, Imo, couldn’t give a shit less for the load they are hauling. Probably Not insured either as they are day workers. Be careful choosing movers who live in hotels! No permanent address, background check, criminal history- Based is a RED flag that the company will not inform you of! Responsibility and accountability given to someone or a company that fails to inform the customer of ‘Whom’ they employ is negligent on their behalf. Do Your Homework! Ask questions I guarantee they will have scripted answers to. You get what you pay for. .

I was almost ran off the road by one of the drivers. He then proceeded to follow me 10 mins down the highway to honk his horn and blinding me with his high beams. Alk because he tried to switch lanes and i was in his way...Clearly they don't vet there drivers. If I had the time I would have followup him to get tag

Worst customer service experience.

Worst customer service experience.
I walked in today at 2:50 PM and asked the front desk agent if they had any small trucks with a low bed. He pointed out a few trucks in the parking lot, and before he could give me pricing, another customer walked in through the side door to drop off a truck.

At that point, the front desk agent completely stopped assisting me and began helping the other employee—asking for paperwork and contract details—without excusing himself or acknowledging me. I was cut off and ignored while standing right there waiting.

This was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Is this really how customer service is handled? I’m also a business owner from Wood Road in Braintree!

Ryder White Glove Delivery stinks

Purchased mattress and frame from Leesa- Ryder has had final item since 9-16-2025, had not entered into their system so there is no number to track it. No communication from Ryder, Leesa trying to help, opened special investigation to expedite. Ryder: where's my stuff!

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Ryder
I had high hopes when purchasing a box truck for my company from Ryder, but unfortunately, the whole process was riddled with issues that resulted in both wasted time and money.
1. Deposit Match Discrepancy
Initially, Ryder had agreed to match the deposit I made, but when the wire transfer didn’t go through, they claimed there was no way to fix it. The explanation was vague at best—no clear reason why the transfer failed, nor any offer to resolve the issue. This set the tone for what would be an incredibly frustrating experience.
2. Misleading Information About the Truck's Availability
I was told the truck was ready for a test drive and purchase. So, I made flight arrangements to pick it up being that the truck was in another state. Frederick, the sales rep, reassured me that the truck was in good condition and we could proceed. We pressed on, despite the inconvenience, and made our way to the dealership.
3. Unwelcoming Sales Team & Condition of the Truck
Upon arrival at the dealership, we were met with an unfriendly attitude. The salesperson was not welcoming and made the entire process feel more like a chore for them than an opportunity for a sale. We finally got to test drive the truck, but it was immediately clear that the vehicle was not in sale-ready condition. There was rain leaking into the cab, and a piece of the interior door panel actually fell off during the test drive. It was evident that this truck had not been properly inspected or prepared for sale.
4. System Failure & Last-Minute Flight Return
To make matters worse, after the test drive, we were told that Ryder's system was down, and they couldn’t proceed with the sale. They didn’t know when it would be up and running. This meant we had to cancel the trip and book a last-minute return flight, which was incredibly expensive and frustrating.
Ryder's Reputation is at Stake
Ryder prides itself on customer service, but this entire experience proved to be the opposite. Not only did I lose money on flight changes and travel costs, but I also lost valuable time trying to move my business forward. The lack of service, communication, and attention to detail from Ryder was simply unacceptable.
I had expected professionalism and efficiency, but instead, I walked away with nothing but disappointment and financial loss. I strongly urge anyone considering purchasing from Ryder to think twice—this was one of the worst purchasing experiences I've had in years.

Ryder Last Mile – The Worst "White Glove" Experience Ever

If you’re expecting professionalism or reliability from Ryder Last Mile, don’t hold your breath. Their handling of my refrigerator replacement was a complete disaster—top to bottom.

After my ZLINE fridge failed prematurely, the manufacturer agreed to send a replacement. That part went relatively smoothly. But ZLINE made one major mistake: they used Ryder Last Mile for delivery.

Here’s what happened:

Ryder was scheduled to deliver and install the 500-pound replacement fridge and haul away the broken one.

They arrived with only a 2-man crew, even though the job clearly required at least three. After realizing they couldn’t complete the delivery, they promised to call later that day with an update. They never called.

I spent hours on the phone, getting passed from one uninformed rep to another, just to find out what was going on.

Two weeks later, they finally rescheduled delivery… only to damage the fridge while loading it onto the truck. Did they inform me? No. I only found out when I called them to ask where my fridge was.

Again—no call, no update, no accountability.

It’s now been over two months without a working refrigerator in my home, all because of Ryder’s incompetence, poor planning, and complete disregard for customer service.

ZLINE may have manufactured the product, but Ryder Last Mile is solely responsible for this ongoing nightmare.

If you're a manufacturer or a homeowner considering their services: don’t.

This was the delivery company for Pottery Barn

This was the delivery company for a piece of Pottery Barn furniture in central Michigan. Delivery was prompt, however of the two boxes this item was sent in only one was delivered to the door intact. The other portion was unboxed in the truck and handed to me at the door. Unfortunately they were gone by the time I realized they drove away with the box that held all of the hardware and instructions to put it together! Called Ryder office immediately and they punted me off to Pottery Barn rather than bring back what they took. Two weeks later I’m STILL waiting for said hardware because PB had to order it from an overseas vendor. I don’t fault PB because they’re great about taping hardware to inside box with a red ribbon attached so it can’t be missed. Ryder, however, couldn’t be bothered to bring back the box with the hardware they took!

Driver cut me off and ran a red light

Driver cut me off and ran a red light. I call the main number on the back with a plate number, they say that they can't do anything about it and transfer me to the local center near me. I sit on hold. An automated message gives me prompts to direct my call. The prompts do not have a compalints or cx. Service line. After hitting a number to get to a rep a new automated message tells me the office is closed and hangs up on me. After googling the branch I was transfered to, I find out that that branch doesn't close for another hour after my call. Industry leading only because there is no complaint line for bad drivers!
