Yes! These are great people to work with! This is the second Blazing Bull that I bought within 2 weeks!! - I gave it as a gift to one of our customers: I was actually so excited about my Blazing Bull that I had to tell everyone about it. So, when I told David at a job site I saw his mouth watering and I ordered his Christmas gift right away. As for myself my Blazing Bull has changed my life! That thing truly makes America great!

Great. I got it all hooked up to natural gas. I cooked two 1-1/4 New Yorks and on Christmas I used it to brown a 7 lbs boneless choice prim rib from Costco.

This was my Christmas present and so cool. We tried it out Christmas day and it did a great job. I'm sure that the next time, it will be even better. After seeing the other grills like this, so glad this was the one under the tree. 2 snaps up for customer service as well.

American made and built to last! Shipping was faster than expected. The Schwank grill was packaged well and arrived in pristine shape. I have used it 4 to 5.times a week since it's arrival. There is a bit.of a learning curve, due to the amazing heat output. I have grilled steak, hamburgers, lamb, kabobs, bananas and asparagus. ( Grilled bananas are amazing of you have not tried them yet!) It is easy to clean, and I love the three minute heat up time. It is small if you are cooking for a large group, but is so fast that I cooked 12 1/3lb burgers 2 at a time, and it took less than 30 minutes including melting cheese on level 5 for 15 seconds. I can Cook bananas 4 at a time with room to spare, and 3 large kabobs crosswise at a time. And 12 lamb chops at once. Reverse seared two thick ribeye steaks. Smoked until 10 degrees below my target temperature, and seared for approx 90 seconds a side to get a nice sear!

Andrew was great--a huge help in getting the grill ordered, explaining more on how it works, and how to get great results. Looking forward to receiving it and trying it out.

Pros:
1) Solid all stainless steal product built in USA
2) Great ignition system
3) Simple to use

Cons:
1) Catch tray does not follow grill, does not catch all the grease, messy.
2) Sharp edges on grill and support frame, I cut myself cleaning it. Difficult to clean.

I was having trouble completing an online order. I called for assistance and an associate answered. I learned that it was actually after hours, but he saw the call and answered. He was very helpful and patiently helped me through the process (my computer was working very slowly). What an excellent employee! Thank you so much!

Not exactly sure why I would receive a survey immediately after purchasing online? There is nothing to rate yet. No communication from customer service. No shipping notice. No product received. So why the solicitation of a review at this point?

Relentless Support - Support team was relentless in getting everything right. Replaced a misfunctional unit efficiently, got the new unit out immediately upon my return. Followed up and helped with a missing tray just as efficiently. Appreciated their efforts and consistent communication!!

Called them direct with a few questions, and I actually spoke with a person without a wait time. Super helpful on which version of the grill is best for me.
