I am Abdulrahman Alkassabeen. I had my hair transplant on September 24th, 2024, and I’m extremely satisfied with the experience. The entire team demonstrated a high level of hygiene and professionalism, which was evident from the detailed explanations they provided about the steps of the procedure and what to expect.

Dr. Sergan Aslan personally handled the most crucial parts of the operation, ensuring precision and care. Fatema has been wonderful in addressing all my questions through WhatsApp and following up by asking for photos to monitor my progress.

Salve ho conosciuto tramite mio cugino questa clinica, ho conosciuto Gizem persona seria affidabile e gentilissima, la clinica e l'ho staff x me merita più di 5 stelle , una pulizia esagerata, servizio top, e soprattutto tanto supporto dallo staff, disponibile 24su 24 , ho fatto il trapianto e mi sono trovato benissimo, l'ho raccomando a tutti , x me sono numeri uno...a presto 😘

It's a been a year since i made the hair implant at Sercan Aslan Clinic. I was told by the doctor that the coverage will be 100%, but that was not the case. During the surgery, the nurse caused me 2 wounds in the front area of my head, so I ended up with 2 bald spots at the front of my head.
Second, the drawn front line is too high. My forehead looks way bigger than before.
Third, there're bald areas in the back of my head due to taking grafts in an unbalanced way from the doner area. And finally, the grown up hair is not as soft as the original was, it's curly and dry, i have been told that due to not planting the grafts in the right direction.

The entire team exudes a remarkable level of professionalism, and their genuine care for their patients is truly commendable. Dr. Aslan's unwavering dedication to his work is evident, as he consistently surpasses expectations. Without a doubt, I wholeheartedly endorse their services. In fact, I frequently find myself referring patients and friends to them, as their expertise is truly unparalleled.

te tratan como un tonto, a mi marido le enviaron un presupuesto y después uno mas para una habitación en un hotel adicional. Me dicen 1200 eur 3 noches Marriott. Abro booking l hotel vale 170 eur noche. Ellos me dicen 400 eur!! mucha diferencia me parece. Les decimos que es una verguenza y no se hace asi y nos ataca Antonio diciendo que si no tenemos dinero para su presupuesto y es nuestra problema.. Y mira que pensabamos ir con ellos y si que tenemos dinero, por eso preguntaba por 5 estrellas .. Hay que con las empresas que respetan a sus clientes .

After much research and consideration, I decided to get a hair transplant in Turkey and found myself contacting a number of clinics to arrange for appointments and estimates.

Eva got in touch with me for the Sercan Aslan Hair Transplant clinic, giving very clear, transparent and helpful information. One of the main reasons I decided to choose the clinic was due to Eva's approach and attitude, which was informative but never pushy or intrusive. In fact, throughout the whole process of booking the appointment, arriving in Istanbul, before surgery, during surgery and post-surgery, Eva was a shinning star and ensured that I felt comfortable, at ease and taken care of. If there were any issues, e.g. the hotel offered two connected single beds instead of a double bed, Eva sorted it out with one phone call. As I was staying longer in Istanbul after the surgery, Eva also arranged for multiple washes to take place in the clinic.

In terms of the Dr. Sercan, I found him to be very professional, attentive and competent. He made sure I understood the process and ensured that my wishes were taken into consideration while providing sound advice. He was available post-op for a conversation in the next days and conducted the check-ups himself. But what I truly appreciated was that he personally came down to conduct one of the washes post-op and to reassure me that everything was on track.

The team was also very competent, professional and friendly. They were considerate and supportive throughout the surgery and after the surgery. The clinic facilities were also up to the standard that one would expect and I felt comfortable having the procedure done there.

Lastly, since the surgery (it has now been 4 months), the results have been exceptional and I am very satisfied. Eva has kept in touch and checked on the progress. Also, she is always available to answer any questions or concerns. You hear a lot of horror stories about how clinics ignore their customers after the surgery, however, this has not been the case at all with this clinic. I have felt the same attention has been given after the surgery as it was before the payment.

I highly recommend this clinic!

Ho conosciuto questa clinica tramite i social (Instagram), dove ho avuto modo di conoscere Gizem la referente per l'Italia, una ragazza gentilissima e molto professionale in grado di poter rispondere sempre a tutte le mie domande in merito al trapianto dei capelli. Appena arrivato in aeroporto sono stato accolto e portato direttamente in Hotel che e a due passi dalla clinica. Il giorno dopo il mio arrivo ho fatto il trapianto di capelli, dove ho potuto conoscere il dottore Sercan che insieme alla sua equipe mi a spiegato come avrebbero proceduto con l'intervento mostrandomi accuratamente passo per passo il procedimento. La clinica si trova all'interno di un ospedale. Il giorno dopo l'intervento sono tornato in clinica per un controllo e mi è stato rilasciato un kit di trattamento per i capelli da fare a casa. Una volta rientrato in Italia sono sempre rimasto in contatto con la clinica, per tenerli aggiornati sulla mia situazione. Devo dire che mi sono trovato benissimo dall'inizio alla fine, tutti sono stati gentilissimi e super professionali. Stra consiglio questa clinica per tutti coloro che vogliono farsi un trapianto di capelli.
Concludo nel dire che in questa clinica troverete: COMPETENZA; QUALITÀ; PROFESSIONALITÀ E GENTILEZZA. E il prezzo e veramente competitivo.

I can assure you that you are in professional hands. Everything is taken care of from the moment you land in Istanbul till the moment you fly Transport, hotel, PCR test it is all arranged carefully and professionally by Sercan Aslan Hair Clinic! Special thanks to Eva my contact person and she did all in her power to assure that the surgery and complementary services were of TOP Turkish quality! I didn't have to worry about any thing! No question is to much or to difficult to manage for this clinic! I am so impressed and satisfied even after you back home they follow up and make sure you get best results.

Une clinique plus que correcte. Il m'a fallu beaucoup de temps pour choisir ou aller, car il existe de nombreuses cliniques de greffe de cheveux.

Avec la clinique du docteur Sercan Aslan j'ai obtenu ce que j'attendais et recherchais. Il est très attentionné et professionnel, il est directement impliqué dans le processus de transplantation, ce qui est rare à mon avis la plupart des cliniques ne peuvent se vanter de cela car chez Sercan Aslan sa été ma deuxième transplantation et quand je compare avec l’autre c’est complètement différent ils prennent le temps pour leurs patients sa ne travaille pas à la chaîne comme la plupart des cliniques.

Je tiens à remercier particulièrement Asma qui a été mon accompagnatrice durant tout le déroulement du début jusqu’à la fin et même pendant l’opération à été présente à mes coter. Elle es toujours disponible même après la greffe elle est toujours là pour moi sa fait 2semaines que jai fais ma transplantation. Même pour des raisons qui ne sont pas liés à la greffe m’a aidé durant mon séjour.

Je suis super content, on attend les résultats avec impatience 😊
