Kan inte gilla då deras kullager används av Ryssland, i ryska drönare mot Ukraina.

I never received my parcel ordered on amazon

Against my better judgement, having had a previous bad experience with SKF, I purchased a VKM14000 tensioner.
It arrived sealed in a genuine SKF box, however the tensioner was an "INA" item.
Contacted customer support, email only now, to be told it was of equal quality.
Bit like buying a Rolls Royce and receiving a Skoda!
Sold as SKF, completely misleading and in my opinion, in contravention to trading standards!

I contacted technical support for some simple dimensions of a bearing, and I was given a link to the webpage. Horrible business tactics from a customer service standpoint. I would give negative stars if that were possible.

Salve, ho acquistato un kit distribuzione per la mia auto, durante il montaggio qualcosa non andava, il meccanico riteneva che due componenti, cuscinetto denti cinghia e pompa acqua, Mi sono rivolto al negozio dove avevo acquistato il kit e con molta fatica mi ha sostituito il cuscinetto, ma il problema rimaneva e così, il meccanico aveno lui una pompa acqua nuova l'ha montata ed il tutto è andato in ordine. Ho contattato il negozio ricambio informandolo che il problema era anche la pompa acqua, ma non ho avuto nessuna risposta, come se fosse un mio problema. Così ho scritto direttamente alla SKF, non ho mai ricevuto una risposta. Inoltre per la garanzia avrei dovuto riportare tutto il kit ed aspettare l'ispezione dell'azienda la quale doveva valutare se difettosa o no, il tutto con quanti giorni di attesa ed auto , servizio pubblico, ferma??? Mai più ricambi di questa azienda!!!

Eigentlich 0 Sterne, man wird bei der SKF nur ausgenutzt und angelogen! Festvertrag bekommt man hier nicht durch Schweiß und Fleiß sondern durch Beziehungen! Die Chefs lügen ins Gesicht und grinsen noch dabei! Die gute Zeiten von skf sind vorbei!

Customer support is an answerphone that asks you to leave contact details. No contact ever made. absolute waste of time. Someone would be looking for a job ifI were in charge. But I guess that customer support are the only ones that will see this if at all.

Bought a variety of pulleys from this firm for my van as recommended by a friend to be the best bearings around but... 2 of the bearings in the cam belt kit were made in China and half the weight of the originals and felt inferior to the original part - even though they are descibed on the website as being better than OE parts. The tensioner pulley on the auxillary belt was fitted and found to be noisier than the bearing that had done 184k miles and 15yrs old! And it didn't run true and was wobbly. Thought this would be easy to rectify but I was wrong.. firstly you can only get hold of a telephonist who cannot advise on anything other than to forward your details to a 'technical team' and take 1-2 days to get back to you - and only by email as you cannot talk to anyone on the phone! Even though i sent a video of the noise coming from the fitted part the reply from the 'tech team' was just a massive list of questions, accusations and asking loads more details! I was made to feel like a liar and made to feel that tyhe part had not been fited correctly - which was impossible as done by a mechanic. Updated today from the 'social team' still stating i have had the part incorrectly installed. I will never buy from them again, I would rather pay double.
