I have dealt with Sam Carroll on a couple of occasions in the last six months or so.
All the necessary steps were taken without delay and with minimum hassle.
Sam provided a very high level of service which was much appreciated.

The further drawdown was completed quickly and with no problems. Very helpful staff. Thank you.

The Customer Completion team for drawdowns were all very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

We decided on 11th May 2026 to draw down further funds online but there was a problem as e-mail kept getting rejected. I called the help number and had everything sorted with minimum amount of fuss including an apology that there was a problem with online application. Was advise it could be 4-6 weeks until we received the funds but it is being paid into our account today 21st May. Great service from Sam Carroll and the Team.

Good overall. Main feedback is that for the second year running your call centre team don’t know how to handle Scottish based cases with a PoA and Office of Public Guardian involvement. I had to escalate and explain this again. It should be a simple training session to fix this for the front line staff.

Lucy at Customer Support was very professional with a good telephone manner. She answered my questions efficiently and provided all the information that I requested. No complaints whatsoever.

Immediate response to our application followed by prompt issuing of the necessary documentation. Sensible telephone security questions followed by confirmation of drawdown claim being made available allows us to instruct the builder to complete the work as soon as possible.
