Ran in to an issue with my order and emailed in a support ticket, their staff (Alex S) responded within minutes and was extremely helpful and friendly.

AFAIK i have never purchased from these guys, yet suddenly I start getting mail (which gmail promptly files into my spam folder, which speaks volumes). Not happy, and wonder where they are getting their mailing list from....

Tried to order an audio interface but got told it would be nearly twice the advertised price and I would have to wait..what a waste of time!

I cannot rate these guys high enough. Ive made several very pricey purchases and on each occasion, they are customer service driven and on point.
Last thing i bought was the MiniMoog reissue. They were fully aware, as were i, that Moog can be notoriously slow with output demands and kept me informed. They are more than willing to chase Source, the UK dist and follow up with Moog. When it did arrive, i was pre called, apologised to for any delay and the item arrived as promised. I wish i could buy everything i need from them!! Really the biz model for how others should follow.

Very fast & good communication. Delivery took only 2 days. Very happy customer and already looking to order again some great equipment from them. Cheers to you guys !!!

He gave me the best deal I could find, communication was great and I bought a pair of ATC SCM40 speakers, which, if you have the right HiFi equipment, sing like heavenly angels! I was purchasing a pre-owned instrument and was wary of any faults or problems. In less than half a day, the very kind person on the other side of the phone had already sent me pictures of the instrument from the warehouse. Pleasure to deal with these guys, seriously.
