I received the incorrect product and found the return process to be unnecessarily complicated. I wouldn't choose to shop here in the future.

I don't have much experience buying curtains and nets. But, the site was easy to understand. I got exactly what I needed for my home. And, the quality is excellent.

The Mill Shop offers quick delivery and smooth refunds if items don't suit your taste. The quality of curtains is good, and the website makes ordering simple. While the service is reliable, some aspects like curtain designs could be better. Overall, a decent experience with room for improvement.

Easy website to navigate, found exactly what I was looking for, got it 50% off on the Mother's day sale. Delivery was quick and on time.

I bought a pair of curtains. Couldn't find another pair the same colour for months.
Of course the Mill shop had them in. Excellent communication. Really fast delivery. Exact match to the ones I've got.

Lost a star because I rang later and asked for advice re cleaning lace nets and the lady who answered the phone said she didn't know because she didn't have them at home. IMO its not very good that staff are selling a product that they cant advise buyers how to care for them.
