We had been looking for a particular sized 100% wool rug and came across Carpet Binders. Right from the moment we entered the store we had amazing customer service and it seemed nothing was too much trouble. We chose our carpet and within 2 days the rug was cut made and in position in our lounge! Plus because there was a strip of carpet left from the rug size they offered to make us 2 door mats. I would not hesitate to highly recommend this company, their staff and the quality of their rugs.

They keep send email order match! but order still not here

This business is a scam. Placed an order, payment sent, haven't received the goods.
Looking at the date of the posts by the business and the date on the reviews, looks like they rannout of business a year ago. They are no longer delivering the goods or answering requests. They still take your money though.
They are impossible to contact.

Absolutely beautiful rug, very good quality....Perfect for the lounge and easy to clean so ideal for when the dog comes in with wet feet.

I have sent numerous emails and left numerous voicemails, no one ever got back to me and now it seems that the email address is not valid any longer , can't get through.
If you are a genuine company, why are these not working any longer, what is your genuine phone number and email address please.

Order a rug from this company. Since the 11/04/2023 I didn’t receive it. I try to email them and call them no response. Is a scam 😡

Apart from it arriving in 3 days and not next day all is good.I like the rug very much.Having emailed the Rugs they kept in contact about the delivery.

I ordered a runner and rug the rug came, but still waiting for the runner, i have been waiting 3 months. Im disgusted with the service they have even stopped replying to my emails

I ordered a rug on the 4th Jan 2023. I contacted them in April and they reassured me that the rug was on back order and would be with me shortly. It's now July I still have no rug and it's been 180 days so PayPal will not open a case. I'm unsure how to go about this. Absolutely LIVID. Quite frankly trust pilot and PayPal let me down.

Poor service with rugs that never turned up after waiting 6 months. Also no customer service or refund.

Bought two matching rugs over £1000 they delivered cheaper one and cancelled large one. Held my money for five months don’t buy off them

COMPANY WENT INTO LIQUIDATION!
Returned the rugs a few weeks back due to very poor quality, have never received the refund, as then appeared company went bankrupt.

Only given 1 star as I couldn;t give a zero. Ordered rug at the start of April, still not arrived and compny appears to have gone bust
