Helpful customer service

I bought 4 gilets as gifts, for farmers, an artisan wood craftsman and a florist- they all love them BUT, some took weeks to arrive and the battery came much later- very frustrating. But forgotten by them as they were surprised and just love using them on this cold weather. L

While we had an issue with the gilet, ToastyBody customer service was quick to resolve and we're happy. She loves the warmth, describes it like wearing a hot water bottle on front and back.

My wife loves the heat level selections. We had to exchange sizes and the response was swift and satisfying. We’re planning to get one for our daughter-in-law. The material and construction are impressive and we anticipate long service.

I ordered a heated vest on February 2, 2026 and still have not received it. I have reached out but have not spoken with anyone. I am beginning to think this is scam.

Great customer service and support

Very helpful customer service. Answered questions about confusing sizes ( there is now an excellent size chart and advice on the site) and other matters patiently and clearly. The pants are perfect - completely stop me getting intense leg muscle cramps doing stop start activities outdoors in winter. The fabric is the weight of a fleecy sweat and wind resistant so they can be worn as leggings as well as used as a base. I layer if it’s wet.

Comfort warming levels work well.

I have had nothing short of a wonderful experience with the folks at Toastybody. I received prompt detailed replies to each of my questions prior to making the commitment and placing my order.
When I received my heated gloves I had an issue with them switching to the white heat level, medium, every time I used them for more than 5 minutes.
They were kind enough to issue me a replacement pair and I am happy to say they work perfect. Instant heat and I can keep them on high and they stay on high for my 60-90 minutes each day.
My only suggestion since they ask you to take 3 different measurements of your hands is that they should have more than just one size fits all as these are a little too large for my hands but they keep my fingers toasty warm in -25 C weather so I am happy to say they do their job of keeping me warm.

Ordered the heated base layer set for my wife's birthday and she loved the warmth and feel. Only concern was the pants were to short. I contact a rep and they made this right with zero hassle. The battery that I ordered with it fit the pockets perfect and have a long run time. We will be a repeat customer.

I ordered a jacket for a gift when it arrived it was too small. I contacted the company they were super easy to work with they provided me and exchange everything arrived on time perfect condition! The jacket is very well made very warm I would recommend this product to anyone who lives in a cold weather climate

Purchased the heated top a couple of weeks back and I am thoroughly impressed with the product. Great quality and a sleek enough design to wear under any garment. Predominately using mine for riding my motorbike and it certainly keeps me warm in these winter months. I am using it with quite a large power bank, but the pocket in the top is more than adequate to hold this and also be in a position to be comfortable.

This company is a total fraud. There are plenty of better offerings on Amazon - buy those not this. They say my product is enroute about 30 miles from my house. That has been the update for 7 weeks. They refuse to refund my money saying that they can't because the product wasn't returned. Online SCAM ONLINE SCAM they took over $100 from me.

The jacket I ordered was too small, I sent out an email and the response I received was very quick and I was very pleased with the results. I would gladly recommend Toasty body to anyone, thanks.

It took a while to arrive and I was concerned that I had ordered from a foreign site :( It finally arrived after I contacted the company and tried to track it. I did say I was going to cancel payment if it didn’t arrive soon….. it did. The sizing is totally all wrong! I followed the guide and ordered an XL for my husband’s Christmas gift. Unfortunately, the jacket was far too small and just fitted me….. I am a size 14 (S/M). On contacting them they were VERY helpful and arranged for another jacket to be sent (4XL!) straight away. I kept the original rather than send back and will use it myself. Ordered battery packs from amazon. The jacket heats up fine, and hubby pleased with it, but disappointed that it does not state size on it, comes with no instructions, need to go to website and, though has 3 heat settings, you cannot switch it off without unplugging the pack inside jacket.
I have since seen another style jacket that I may look at this winter for my son. At first concerned but reassured by them.

Heated vest is great, very warm. Sizes run big for females, so order a size smaller. We ordered one that was too big and Toastybody sent a smaller size for free, and did not have us ship the one that was too large back to them, instead they instructed us to donate it, which we did. 5 stars for Toastybody heated vests.

Received within acceptable time have charged battery pack and turned on appears to be working. Brought specifically for a birthday gift so hasn't been worn yet. I researched heated clothing extensively chose your product hopefully was a good choice. Anticipating further purchases in the future

Have socks and a gilet with them, worked great and kept me warm in my outside job. When the gilet acted up they immediately agreed to send a new one at no extra cost. Highly recommend!

The gillet is great and of good quality and works well. The fit is excellent and is not at all restrictive and it really keeps me warm, but not too hot whennout golfing, riding and even dog walking.
I would have preferred if the power pack and gillet had arrived together as on 2 of our coldest days I could not get the benefit of the Toasty Body gillet as the power arrived about a week to 10 days later which was a shame. Although the company did say this would happen it did take a bit of the enjoyment out of my new purchase.
