Easy ordering. Bike was what i expected. Delivery took longer that was on the website. Not all tools were provided. The hex wrench for the handlebars was missing

I ordered the bike on a Sunday night and received it on Tuesday. It was packed securely and except for my limited experience of putting a bike. Despite my limited experience of putting a bike together it was very easy.
I took it for its first pride and it functioned perfectly.

First, the bike arrived in pristine condition. Assembly was easy, except handlebars required a tourque? wrench instead of the Allen wrench they sent me. Fortunately my neighbor had one.

I love my new/used bike. It's just as described. The customer service has been amazing. Very prompt in their replies. I had a problem with a wire and it was taken care of promptly.

Good price for a lightly used E-bike but their communication, and final QC checks need some work. The bike came to me with no master code for the Shimano EP motor. So I have no idea how many miles are on the bike or how many charge cycles. I will have to pay a bike shop to flash and reset it. Frame had some noises/creaking so I removed bolts for cleaning and re greasing to find 1 pivot bearing was shot and the headset was loose. I think they give the bikes they sell a general once over and that’s it. They don’t dig much deeper than that. I think it’s a good site to buy a very lightly used bike but I would avoid anything that’s older or has more than a couple hundred miles. You’ll be going straight to your local bike shop after purchase. I inquired about the Shimano master code a few days after purchase and was told they would look into it but never heard back.

Bike was basically as promised. Price was fair. Service afterwards was poor. I had a badly adjusted rear brake. That isn’t catastrophic, but telling me I need to take pictures, a VIDEO, and document it before giving me assistance IS. How on earth can I take a video, WHILE RIDING THE BIKE, to display the problem? That reeks of trying to avoid any cost on Upway’s part to solve the problem. Completely ruins the customer experience. I had it fixed myself. Oh well, just another internet based business promising more than it’s willing to deliver.

Upway does a great job of prepping and offering for sale a very wide range of electric bikes. I am delighted with my very low mileage Aventon Pace 4, acquired recently from Upway - a pleasant experience that I recommend to others. Safe delivery came when expected, and it took just 15 minutes to "build" the bike (front wheel, pedals, and handlebars). Go for it!

Efficient delivery but my plus minus walk mode button broke off the second I road it. Having trouble finding the Bosch part probably a five dollar plastic piece cover.

As a 70 years old cyclist, I felt it was time to try an e-bike. Through research I quickly discovered that a new e-bike was going to stretch my budget more than I wanted. I ordered my first e-bike and within 3 (business) days my bike arrived. It was packaged very well in a large box and came with instructions and tools for the little bit of assembly that was required. In just a few minutes I was riding. I really like the bike, and it helps me get up the hills, but the best part about it is the confidence I’ve gained with Upway. If you have a question, they have excellent support people who get back with you quickly and knowledgeably. This has been a really great buying experience and I would recommend Upway to my friends and family.

You made a big mistake by mislabeling a medium as a small, but you immediately fixed it and made things right. And the Orbea Rise M10 replacement is a majestic bike, I’m loving it.
