I had a problem with the canvas I received, and Stephen fixed it without hesitation. He responded to my email quickly and was courteous and considerate. He even added a coupon code for my next purchase.

I chose 5-stars even though I received a damaged canvas. I feel the packaging was very inadequate to protect my oversized canvas. But the customer service has been excellent. James did a great job in helping me to repurchase a smaller, more standard sized canvas. I have been very satisfied with previous purchases with Figured Art and look forward to receiving this next project!

Jacel helped me to change an order that I had placed. I forgot to ask for the third piece to be framed. When I wrote to them, I was expecting it to fall on deaf ears. Not so! They changed it and there was no problem getting me exactly what I wanted. I can't wait to give them to my sister!

My first order wasn’t processed 100% correctly, and it took awhile to be resolved. However, it was 100% resolved, and I was offered a discount on my next order. I enjoyed my first painting so much that I took advantage of a buy-two-get-one-free offer and moved up from beginner to intermediate. Thanks for a great product and customer service!

I began using Figured'Art about 5 (?) years ago. I found it to be very therapeutic and gave me a way to be artistic. I have five completed canvases around my house and receive many compliments on them.
About 3 years ago I bought 3 paintings. I did not touch them until about 2 months ago, when my mother went on hospice and I knew I could use painting as a way to move through this part of life. Of course by now the paint was dried and unusable. I contacted FA for more paint. I received it but found that the paint and numbers had changed. I contacted FA, not expecting much, but Dorothea has been awesome. She was very responsive in communication and worked with me to find solutions. She refunded one set of paint and is sending me paint that will for sure match my next painting. No hassle at all! I will continue to use Figured'Art USA and highly recommend others do the same!

Had an issue with a wrinkled canvas. Janet of Figured'Art communicated with me regarding it. When her suggested remedy didn't correct the issue, she arranged for a no-charge replacement. I find the materials from this company to be of high quality, and this event to be an exception. Also exceptional was the customer service. I'll buy from them again.

the customer service is amazing, delivery and attention were prompt and several comments from friends and family believed these pictures to be original art works. I have done 6 customs from photos and 5 general subjects. I have never been disappointed in the end results and the company does all it can to make it successful

I have several custom made canvases made by Figured’Art and they came out amazing!! I am very pleased with the quality of the canvas and paints!

Figured’Art----what a wonderful company. I received a paint by number as a gift and paints were dried up. As I did not know where ordered from, searched web and found Figured’Art, handles that painting. Ordered just the paint and they went absolutely out of their way to communicate with me and provide me with what I was looking for. They are my "go to" for future orders!! Thanks guys.....AWESOME!!!!

Lied about the shipping time. Bogus tracking which stays stuck in the same position and never changes. Haven't received product after 10 days and probably never will. No customer service. Another "fake business" involving people who are to lazy to work a real job and resort to scamming people who work for a living.

Updated review from 2 to 1 stars. Order never received, customer service never replied to multiple emails, and then I get an automated email requesting I review the items I never received. Overall bad experience on this order.
Previous review: Not my first orders from this company, the shipping took a long time for each order, this current order has definitely been my most negative experience so far. Ordered on 11/25 from USA in stock, and received tracking on 11/27. No updates to tracking for over a week and my initial email on 12/6 to customer support was promptly replied to informing me logistics would be investigating and was helpful. A week later, the shipping company determined the package is lost. Since then, I have sent three emails to customer support about the lost package with no reply as of yet about a resolution, not even an automated reply. The products have been reasonably good quality but at this point I'm not sure the cost to risk of non-fulfillment is worth it.

This is a GOOD company to order from! My diamond painting order arrived safely but was missing two of the little packs of drills. My correspondence was received right away and answered. I requested the two missing packs to be sent and they were. Sam and Dean were just the nicest people you ever want to do business with...so kind and courteous
to me. I will be ordering more of the beautiful kits this company offers.

About 2 years I placed an order with this company. they sent me a tracking never left the the country it was shipped from. After 3 weeks of watching the shipping progress it went to 3 different cities with in the shipping county then returned to sender scam company and so is trust pilot for removing my original review

When I was about 3/4 of the way through my painting I realized some of the paints would finish before I had completed it,plus I wanted to retouch some areas.So I reached out to the company to inquire on how I could order more paints.They responded right away and directed me to a link where I ordered more paints.They were very helpful and prompt.

I received my painting kit but found it missing one of the colors. I contacted support and they promptly replied with apologies and the missing paint is on its way.
Dean was excellent in responding and I will order from them again.
