Beautiful pics but I have waited for a week now for my package. .I will not order from this company again. It takes to long . I received a tracking number but when I type it in the usps has not received the pk yet I do not recommend. I can buy from Amazon and get better service..

Responded to my needs quickly. They were polite and apologetic for their error. Will continue to purchase there products.

Excellent and timely customer service. My first time ordering. I successfully completed the Transfiguration paint by number. It didn’t take me 4 years to complete either. That’s how long it took to complete the original. I thoroughly enjoyed painting and learning about the artist and his painting. I will be ordering again😄

I have been purchasing paint by numbers from Figured'ArtUSA for about a year. When they offered custom paint kits, I sent in an order for a painting of my recently deceased husband. The paintings are beautiful, after sending one, each, to my sons, I ordered one for my daughter and a larger of the same photo for myself. When I received the paint kits, I noticed the pictures were different. I contacted Figured'Art and told them my experience.

They sent out new paint kits that matched what I'd received previously very quickly. I am very pleased with the customer service of Figured'Art and the company ethic that will make something right for the customer.

I will be buying all my paint kits from Figured'Art in the future and share my experience with my friends and family as well as recommend them to anyone who enjoys painting.

Very good customer service from Figured'Art. They addressed my problem (missing brushes) immediately. I purchased kits with canvas plus optional frames as gifts for my granddaughters. Next time I will opt for the "already framed" version. I didn't notice that option when I was choosing. I think it will be easier to paint plus we're not very handy. The optional frame comes in four pieces and you have to put it together yourself and stretch the canvas over, etc. The "easy" paintings I chose were extremely detailed and I'd say they are for adults with a lot of patience. I wouldn't think "easy" is for young children because of the difficulty level. These kits are of high quality and the customer service is excellent. Highly recommended.

I accidentally ordered a kit with frame. I figured out my error when I got my confirmation email and sent an email back to customer service. They responded with great kindness within the hour and had already processed my request to change my kit from a framed kit to a kit without a frame AND processed a refund for the price difference. I was completely blown away by their quick response and customer care. Really a great company to order from and I will FOR SURE keep ordering from them in the future.

While I am a bit disappointed that a crocheting kit was online and then it turned out there were problems and therefore couldn't get my order, the customer service is friendly and good. They gave me an option to choose an alternative on their website but instead I asked a refund which they gave with no issues.If the product comes back I will surely order it again.

Hi Figured’Art.

I am a relatively new customer and this is my first experience with paint by number. I love the concept, especially since the choice of models is vast and varied.
There is no need to go into detail, but so far I have to say that the customer service is excellent and I have no hesitation in giving a 5 star rating.
The only thing I regret is the delivery time which is always around a month. The ordered products always arrive in good condition, but you must always plan well in advance.

I ordered a month and a half ago. You order from a site pretending to be from your preferred country and it all just comes from China…what doesn’t anymore really. Thought I was getting g a USA made product. Hopefully it arrives.

I have been steady customer for quite a while now and had no problems. Recently however the quality of the paint has gotten quite poor. There is not enough pigment in the paint for good coverage. The paint has become more translucent and I have to go back over areas as much as 3 times to cover the numbers and lines. Because of this I have run out of paint several times and have not been able to finish the picture. Will probably not be ordering again

I had an amazing order experience with Figured Art recently. My customized order came in right on time, packed secured with all the color tool kits. Dean with their support group was diligent in responding to any questions I had. Indeed a good buy. I am now a fan of Figured Art. ❤️🙏

My experience was just ok. The biggest issue is shipping time and packaging. It took over 4 weeks to get my kit and I had to reach out to customer service. The packaging was ridiculous with hand taped bubble wrap. The frame is worthless and cheap. The canas product itself is fine - the canvas was nicely rolled and paints were good. Need to work on the packaging and delivery times.

I ordered a custom paint-by-numbers kit and one of the paint pots I received was the wrong color for the color code on the sample picture. I contacted Figured'Art and got a speedy response and confirmation that the correct paint pot is on its way. Very responsive. Exactly how good customer service is supposed to be. Also, I appreciate that I can pay for my purchases securely through PayPal.

Good quality paint kit and fast delivery.

My order was mis-delivered and I was sent a replacement. The quality is outstanding. The canvas was rolled and not folded and the paint consistency was perfect. I love this company!!

After not receiving my package ordered in Nov I contacted the support team who very actively engaged with me on the shipping issue. They kept on touch for the 2 months that my package roamed through the postal service.
Finally, at my request they reshipped the order and even investigated using another mail carrier. I finally received my order yesterday after the support team let me know it was set for delivery that day.

I received the paintings and got to work on my first one right away. The canvas is well marked, the paints and brushes are in good condition.

The product seems to be top notch, bit the customer service is even better.

Too good to be true! Saw that this company was located in my hometown, however they are not (virtual office space?) So when I reached out to them about a few things, response time was quick. It is a little confusing about their shipping. Only items marked USA will ship 1-4 days. Ummm I am still waiting for that one item. All other items are directly from China. I am frustrated that the site does not clearly say anything about out of country for the items. Very disappointed in how businesses are doing this. That shipment is a 1-3 week wait. However it is actually going to beat the other item. The local item still has not arrived. This is now day 7 and still waiting apparently it is in transit. So cannot speak to quality, yet I have placed other orders from other similar companies and received products quickly. Update: I did receive everything after 2 weeks. Canvas is great and picture quality also good. Super sticky surface for all diamond art prints.

Customer service was extremely attentive and helpful. I had to cancel an order and they immediately reached out to me and helped me with the refund process. I would definitely buy from them again!

Customer service was very helpful tracking and updating me about the part of my order that was delayed in the mail. In the end I received the package in good condition. Very happy considering the busy shipping during the holiday season.
