They don't honor their advertised shipping policy. That was one of the factors I considered when I purchased from them. If there are zero shipping delays, I'll be lucky to get my order by Christmas. I will never purchase from them again.

I received all diamond art kits that I ordered, I started working on one of them right away. It's been great for my mental stress relief and relaxing. Thanks for responsiveness to my email, this is a great company! I'll be ordering again in the future.

As I was in the process of finding art that I felt I could acutally do, as a newbie it was tricky until I came across this company. Receiving the packages in such a timely manner as well as viewing all the goodness, I'm really excited to get started! I did have a question and customer service replied promptly and kindly.

I will not get paint by numbers from anyone else now that I found Figured’Art USA and I found them a couple years ago actually and they are fabulous. The paintings are top quality. I’ve had a couple reasons to contact them and their customer service is amazing. They are so helpful and go the extra mile for you Figured Art USA is a reputable company and I recommend this place highly.

The company was very responsive to my concerns each time I requested an update and the man or woman who responded was very, very courteous and I could count on a reply. I would buy something else from this company.

Great customer service
My pbn was printed so dark several coats of paint would not cover the lines. Figured’Art was quick to have the canvas reprinted and shipped to my home.

Specifically went for this company for their 2+1 deal diamond dotting and FREE shipping worldwide.
Placed order 23 Oct 23, received email 25 Oct 23 regards postage address not being suitable, supplied new address 26 Oct 23, WAITED and queried via email, Sam replied 8 Nov 23 saying my order would be prioritised. Received email 9 Nov 23 saying i would now have to pay for shipping with Fedex (Free shipping ???), duly paid, Sam indicated i should receive a tracking number within a few days, STILL WAITING. Will say Sam has assisted (sort of). I would have requested cancel if it wasn't that I wanted these specific type pictures. Lets see what happens, will update my review accordingly. Received my items in good order 27 Nov 23. Happy with all except the shipping costs that were unexpected.

Good customer support. Not all products ship to my country, and it so happened that the one I selected did not. But the customer support was fantastic. We picked another product quickly, it shipped out and I was refunded the difference. Quick and easy.

Was looking for more paint by numbers for my handicapped son - he really enjoys this as a hobby.
Had many sites come up but he chose two from the bunch and both were with Figured Art. Bonus - with two he got one free. Easy to deal with, no hassles, one painting came within two days and the other two arrived shortly thereafter. Best part - real people responded to all inquiries.

This is my first experience ordering from Figured'Art USA.
I was very impressed with the customer service from Sam.
My first order wasn't quite what the advertised picture showed. With apologies Sam replaced it at no charge.
I am disappointed the product comes from China.
I will order again from this company.

I can’t seem to get though to their support to reorder more paint for one of my prints? I type in support@ figuredart.com and nothing happens???

I have been doing paint by numbers for the last three years and I have produced 58 paintings, most of which are displayed in our home, it looks like a gallery!

I never had cause to complain until recently, I received two canvasses and the print was extremely faint and I was unable to commence either painting. I contacted customer services, my problem was resolved very professionally, efficiently, in a very friendly manner in a timely and appropriate manner.

Painting is my therapy and hobby, I am involved with our local university as a service user, assisting lecturers and students, all of which look forward to viewing my latest reproduction.

I have developed my own technique of applying colours to enhance the subject and overall finish of the painting ( I was offered £250 for one of my first paintings!), however, it still hangs proudly in our living room.

In summary, I would like to say that customer service assistant, Anita was amazing as was Sam.

My mother's diamond painting did not have the correct diamonds in package. I emailed customer support and Anita responded. I told her of the problem and she sent my email to quality control. The next day she emailed me back and told me they would send the correct diamonds. Today I received package and to my surprise they sent a brand new canvas with diamonds!!! My sister and I have bought 9 diamond paintings from here and we will continue.

I had a special order that, for some reason, was delayed. I emailed the company and they were very courteous and prompt in responding to my inquiries. All went well.

My husband and I have ordered over 100 paintings from FIGURED’ART and have enjoyed every one we have completed. My last two orders were for custom paintings and I had a couple issues with a few of them. I emailed their support team and every one of my issues was resolved within a couple of days.
The only negative with ordering from FIGURED’ART is the LONG wait times for them to be delivered. While this is certainly understandable since I’m ordering from the USA it still doesn’t help quell the anticipation of receiving new kits!
In conclusion…great products and outstanding customer service.

First order arrived in 19 days. The 2nd in 17. I live in the United States. Both times I ordered 3 kits and everything that was supposed to be included was.
PBN is a fun, stress relieving activity.

There are a few issues. The paints you get in the kit may be darker than the image colors shown online. The image on the canvas may be a little different from what you were expecting. Happened to me twice.
I've finished my 3rd canvas and am about to start my 4th. You need patience and commitment. Brush control improves with practice.

Painting is personal, so don't be afraid to add a few touches or change a color.

Some segments may not be numbered. Numbers may be too small to read easily. Paint can separate and be watery. Just mix it. Some colors require multiple coats to cover the number. Acrylic paints are water-based so clean up only requires soap and water.

The canvases are identified as easy, intermediate and advanced. Advanced canvases are difficult and have dozens of tiny segments . It took me 3 1/2 weeks working 2 hours a day to complete one. (Terrace in Paris).

In my experience Figured'Art is a trustworthy company. None of the issues are critical. The finished piece is worth the effort and occasional frustration.
