Had a problem with the painting when it was delivered, had a few creases in it. But they dealt with it so quickly and replaced the whole lot free of charge. It was also delivered in record time. Brilliant! Wouldn’t use anyone else, can’t rate them highly enough. Well done, keep up the good work guys….. this was a very large and personal painting…..

This review is more about shipping and service, as I have just begun painting. I placed my order on 5/3/23, excited that I could have a PBN from one of my own photos. The product shipped just two days later. But then tracking stopped on the 11th and I emailed support on the 25th. Support responded promptly, but the package never arrived. I emailed a couple more times, becoming increasingly concerned, but eventually they acknowledged it was lost and expedited a replacement, which arrived in only 10 days. On 6/24/23, I received the replacement and on 6/26 I received the original order (which they told me to keep-woohoo, extra paint!) All this to say that it may take awhile to receive your order - give it 4 weeks from shipping date. And if something goes wrong, customer support will not leave you hanging -they will take care of you. As for the product, I have only just started painting, but I am very pleased with the first paint pot already - it was ready to use without having to thin it with water, which I have had to do with other brands. Figured'Art apparently carries a zillion colors (well, more that 2640 anyway) because they send you a key to placing numbered stickers on the paint pots which have stock numbers on them. With such a large stock of hues, I am hopeful for a true to life color match.

I placed my order #11320333H April 13 and until now I haven’t received it and not heard anything from you.I did send an email but nobody answer me. Can you please send me some information about it. Thanks

I ordered a photo painting of my son and his dog on May 23rd. I am very disappointed with the colors, his face and arms were purple and red and his dog who is brown and white was black, purple and red, I am working on it but very doubtful I can give it to him as I had planned for his birthday as it doesn’t look good.

I have received an email on 29 May 2023 stating that they require a copy of ID and Tax ID to proceed with shipment on 30 May 2023 the morning I send the documents via email and send it again now 7days have past without any response and my order is still not ship. How can I get my money back

Figured'Art USA is WONDERFUL. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. I can't say enough about them. I made a mistake in my order and Anita was able to correct the problem quickly and without question. It's been a pleasure working with her.

I waited for about a month but very happy with my order. What some people dont stop to realize is shipping is not entirely the fault of seller. Anita even sent me an email telling me she used special shipping instructions because my canvas was so large.

Everything arrived and was packaged very securely. I will definitely buy from Figured'Art again. Thank you all and respect how polite you are to customers that are unsatisfied. You just cant please some people. So much entitlement in the world. Thank you again.

I received my items as expected (took about 3 weeks because of coming internationally) and when I thought I hadn’t received my entire order they were very prompt to respond via email. Turns out that when you order multiple they put 2 in one box for you.

I have not received my item yet. Seems like a rather long time. If I had know where this was coming from I would have chosen a different company. When I eventually get the item I will leave a second review. The wait is frustrating.

Shipping takes a while, but you get it in good condition and their support is very responsive. They have a nice variety too.

This has been a great project to do with grandkids too!

Very happy with my purchase ( diamond painting). I received the correct picture and size, the quality is also good, I would order again. The only thing is that it took quite some time to get here (I live in Europe), the company was very helpful and replied to all of my letters concerning the delivery status updated. Grate customer support. Thank you for an amassing painting!

This company is selling counterfeit merchandise using images they don't have the right to be using. Because of this, the image quality is horrible. One painting (the zodiac) doesn't even have the names of the signs on it like the image. I compared to other real versions of the painting and saw the difference.

I've been communicating about returning my order but they said it's only at my expense which is about $30 in shipping costs.

I'm currently working with PayPal and my bank to get my money back for their fake products

Very disappointed. First of all 2+1 is a scam. They have send me only two pictures and it has been almost a month, but my third (+1) picture hasn’t been even prepared for shipping. I was trying to contact support, but they are not giving any useful information.
Okay, now about two pictures that I have received. Both of them came in one box, so if you want to make presents for two different people it won’t be possible. Paint package were broken. The quality of wood for frame is very bad, some pieces left and wood is raw, so you can get a splinter. And the smell….canva smells glue really strong.
In overall, think twice to buy it. They are sending from China, so you will get this crazy surprise after a month. And if you want to return it back be ready to pay for the shipping from your own pocket!

I've been ordering from this brand for a while now so this review is long overdue.

My first order was a paint by numbers kit for my Mom's birthday. It was a custom design from a photo of our cat, which she loved. Arrived safely and before the estimated date. The design of their packaging is quite nice so it made for a nice gift. And, being an artist myself, I can say that their acrylic paint is good quality as well. I'm already planning to get my Mom another painting kit from this brand for her birthday this year.

That first order turned out better than I expected so I have since been ordering diamond paintings for myself (about 7-10 so far). Each design I've ordered has been worth it and I noticed that for their largest sizes, the details are superb. I'm very happy with their selection of masterworks. (Hope you'll add more, particularly artworks by Monet.)

Their customer service has been very responsive whenever I have questions about my order or need something changed. There is a tracking app on their website so I don't usually need to contact them about my order status.

My overall experience with Figured'Art has been quite positive from the beginning. I'm more than satisfied with both the products and the service, and so long as they continue to deliver with quality and consistency, I'll continue to support this brand.

Tracking says my package was delivered yesterday even though I just got the message literally a few hours ago that it was delivered. Sent a message a didn’t get any reply. They don’t have a number to call either.

I sent in a picture of my finished PBN and Figured'Art asked if they could use it. I have ordered many times from them and they always deliver a consistent product. I recommend Figured'Art to get you to the next level of your enjoyment and skill.
