Just the best experience. Everyone should try this. Great fun to go with a group of friends, get made up and leave feeling like a million dollars. Nails, hair and make up were all perfect. I’d recommend going between 11-12 so you have time to go ‘out out’ in your finery after!

I had a really lovely experience with Vanity Studios. The team was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole shoot. The photographer gave good guidance with poses and ideas, which helped a lot, especially when I felt nervous at first.

The final photos turned out beautifully — high quality, stylish, and professionally edited. I was especially happy with how natural and confident they made me look in the pictures.

The atmosphere in the studio was friendly and relaxed, and overall it felt like a fun and memorable experience. Thank you to the whole team for the effort and creativity you put into the session!

From the very beginning we were made to feel very comfortable, we received a welcome drink and the atmosphere was very relaxed which eased any anxieties we may have had. The team explained exactly what was going to happen. The photographer wanted to view our outfits early on in order to have an idea about how he would approach our shoot. The team who had multiple skills moved seamlessly between doing our make up, our nails and our hair. All of this was done in partnership with us changing anything that we were unsure about. And also allaying any fears especially as one of us did not wear make up regularly. The photographer was fantastic, he really knew his craft, he reviewed our outfits again downstairs in studio making sure that he chose the backgrounds that would complement the outfits and worked well with different poses and lighting. The photographer took many shots, discarding those which were not up to his standard he provided tips on how to present ourselves both individually and together and how to pose. He was also very receptive to ideas we had about posing and presenting ourselves. He made us feel comfortable and he made the shoot fun and an absolute treat for us both. After the shoot we had the opportunity to review our photographs without any undue pressure giving us time to really review them. We would definitely recommend Vanity Studios for anyone wanting professional, personal or family related photographs.

I had an incredible experience at Vanity Studios for my personal brand photoshoot. From the moment I arrived, the entire team made me feel welcomed, comfortable and genuinely cared for.

Every part of the experience felt authentic, professional and fun. From the hair stylist and makeup artist to the photographer, and finally the viewing consultant who guided me through selecting my favourite photos. The creativity, attention to detail and level of care throughout the session truly stood out.

I actually ended up purchasing more photos than I originally planned because the final images completely exceeded my expectations. They were beautifully captured, high quality and perfectly reflected the vision we had discussed beforehand.

I would highly recommend Vanity Studios to anyone looking for a professional, empowering and enjoyable photoshoot experience.

The whole day was a massive experience from start to finish, all the staff were extremely lovely and professional, it was a really welcoming and warm environment. And all the photos look great. Would definitely recommend!

It was incredible!!! The people were just amazing so so helpful and encouraging. We got some stunning photos that we can use for all sorts especially acting and modelling agents. Overall it was very welcoming and a supportive environment. Would come back any day!!!

All of the team at the studios were fantastic - friendly, professional, welcoming - and they followed our briefs incredibly. Bernardo was incredible as a photographer and the photos we all received were amazing. We went through them with Siobhan who helped us pick a great selection. A really fantastic day all around.

5 of us had a fabulous time at Vanity Studios yesterday. From the moment we arrived until the very end everyone was friendly and professional. The make up artists and hairdressers were brilliant and the photographer took some fantastic pictures. Yes the photos are pricey but you are paying for all the experts time within that price. We would definitely go back. Thank you to everyone at Vanity Studios for a fab afternoon x

What an amazing experience we have had. The staff were amazing, from booking to the actual photo shoot. We felt relaxed from the moment we arrived and enjoyed every minute. Our photos were fantastic and found it hard to leave some behind!

The whole photo shoot was so professional, relaxed and enjoyable. They made us feel completely comfortable and brought out natural moments beautifully. The attention to detail, patience and creativity really showed in the final photos — we were genuinely blown away by the quality.

Communication was excellent throughout and the turnaround time was great too. Couldn’t recommend them enough for anyone looking to capture special memories. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience!

Awful scam, bully you to spend a ridiculous amount of money purchasing pictures - will not let you leave the experience without doing so. Was placed in a dirty studio with an extremely average makeover and hair stylist. Do not get caught into the trap like we did.

We were subject to high pressure selling tactics at a kiosk in Westfield Stratford City for a makeover\photoshoot and agreed to purchase the service for £60 for two of us. At no time were we told verbally or in writing that we would be required to pay an additional sum of £100 upon phoning to book the date. The "refundable deposit" is not made known as part of the terms and conditions which is only explained to you when you call to arrange the date. Therefore this term is not enforceable and goes against basic contract law and specific consumer laws. It is completely unfair and is essentially a type of economic duress to "force" people into paying significantly more money for the experience than is agreed at the time of purchase. Many other users have said it is either impossible to get the deposit back at a later date and\or high pressure selling tactics push customers into photo packages costing excessive sums of money set against the "refundable deposit." As a result of those reviews I was not willing to commit further monies to a day I had been reassured over and over again would only cost £60 in total. I asked Vanity Studios by phone and in writing for my £60 payment to be refunded as they would not provide a date, thereby refusing to fulfil their obligations under the contract. They have consistently refused. I am also aware that customers who do proceed to the studio for the day are offered a free photo or two as an incentive to leave a good review on here and elsewhere. I will be reporting them to Trading Standards. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS OUTFIT. THEY ARE NOTHING MORE THAN EXPERIENCED SCAMMERS!

Your responses to negative reviews are always the same. You trot out the usual denials as to lack of knowledge regarding bookings, push the line that your terms and conditions are made clear and transparent when they are not. You deny the lived experiences of those you have exploited. It’s quite unbelievable you cannot find me on your system when you have taken my money, corresponded with me and refused a refund for your breach of contract.
Yours is a vile business model.

My mum and I had an amazing experience at vanity studios the day was very fun the whole experience, getting makeup and hair done.
The staff were very friendly especially the photographer and Siobhan was extremely friendly and helpful she was amazing.
The pictures came out amazing and left me and my mum 100 percent happy with all of the pictures.WE HAD SUCH A GREAT DAY !!

AVOID this company at all costs.
My husband bought me a voucher for Vanity Studio, hoping I’d have a great time. Instead, I’m left completely disappointed, without a gift and without a refund.
Vanity Studio has been silent regarding my refund for the £79.99 I paid for nothing.My husband tried to reason with them after we read bad reviews about them not returning deposits. He proposed that if I didn't show up on the agreed date, they could keep the voucher money, so there was no need for us to send an additional £50 deposit. They wouldn't lose anything either way.
However, they refused, kept our money, and didn't even give me the chance to visit.This is a company of scammers that you should avoid.
P.S. They will probably reply with a standard apology message under this comment. But I can provide all the evidence needed to protect others from this company. AVOID, AVOID, and AVOID this scamming company again. Read the negative reviews carefully because that’s where the truth is revealed.

I do not recommend Vanity Studios at all the photographer they had was wildly inappropriate to my modelling client as he had sexualised her the whole shoot and commented constantly on her chest and behind throughout the day. The makeup and nail service was not up to standard with the nail paint not even covering her nails and looking to be honest rubbish.

She was then also pressured into buying an extremely expensive pack of very mid photographs after a horrible day of her feeling uncomfortable.

I will be getting a refund and I will be taking this further is this complaint is not taken with serious action

I got the booking for this when I was Comic Con in 2025 and it wasn’t something I would usually get, but it was a lot of fun, everyone was so welcoming and willing to accommodate and help with Hair and Makeup, and Danny our Photographer walked us through exactly what poses he thought would work for us.

The photos at the end came out excellently, I wish I brought more outfits!
