Staff was nice, polite and helpful

Vanity Studios provided us with such a great experience. I took my mum with me and the treatment we received from all the staff members was excellent. We really enjoyed getting our hair, make up and nails done - the makeup artists were great! The photographer Matteo was very talented and very friendly which made shooting easier. I would highly recommend Vanity Studios for a day out experience!

We had a wonderful experience at Vanity Studios. I took my daughter in law and three granddaughters aged 11, 14 and 15 for a treat of makeover and photo shoot. Lovely friendly and attentive staff. Made us all feel very welcome, although I was only there to spectate. The photographer was incredible, kind and patient.
No pressure to purchase more photo's than we chose. All round a lovely afternoon.

We had an amazing time! From the makeup artists to the photographers they were all extremely talented and made me feel so pretty!! We ended up getting over 10 pictures! Definitely recommend for anyone looking for couples shoots or single shots for their portfolio. Highly recommend

I recently had a photoshoot at Vanity Studios in London with my girlfriend, and it was such a great experience from start to finish. The whole team made us feel comfortable almost immediately.

The photographer was incredibly friendly and professional, giving us clear direction on poses while still keeping things relaxed and natural. It never felt forced, which really helped us enjoy the experience and just be ourselves. There was a really good balance between guidance and letting us have fun with it.

The studio itself has a variety of backdrops and lighting setups, which gave the shoot a really polished feel.

When we got to see the photos, we were both really impressed. The quality was excellent, and they managed to capture some genuinely lovely moments between us.

The only thing to be aware of is that there can be some upselling when it comes to purchasing additional images or packages, so it’s worth going in with a clear idea of your budget. That said, we didn’t feel pressured, and everything was explained clearly.

Overall, it was a really fun and memorable experience for both of us, and we came away with photos we’ll genuinely treasure. I’d definitely recommend Vanity Studios to any couples thinking about doing a photoshoot.

Every member of the photo shoot team was helpful, enthusiastic, and brilliant at their job which helped me settle into what might have otherwise been a nerve wracking experience. Jenny and Sasha, the hair and makeup professionals, got everything off to a great start with chats and beautiful work. Danny, the photographer, made me feel so safe and was super encouraging, coaching me through poses while making things fun. Finally, Sienna, the image consultant, was beautifully honest and just a lovely human being. I went into it nervous and apprehensive and came out the other side feeling on top of the world (and sweaty). If you’re interested in getting photos done, I can’t recommend Vanity enough.

Best experience ever! As soon I I entered, I was greeted warmly and offered a drink. The hair stylist Kyle knew what he was doing and did my hair beautifully in less than 10 minutes. My make-up artist was talented too. I showed her a pic for inspo and she nailed the look. The photographer Matteo was fantastic, he knew what shots to take and he is very artistic. Lovely to work with! Finally, Angie - she is the best. She provides amazing expert advice and she has a great eye. I highly recommend.

The photo shoot was booked for my daughter’s birthday. She thoroughly enjoyed her day, her hair and makeup looked amazing and the photographer put her at complete ease, he captured the most beautiful photos. We were really pleased with the results and created a lovely memory.

Watching the transformation—and how much it boosted confidence—was a highlight in itself.
The photographer was equally brilliant and played a huge role in making the session such a success. They had a great eye for detail and a calm, patient approach that helped bring out the best in every moment. They knew exactly how to guide us without making anything feel forced, capturing genuine expressions rather than posed smiles. Their ability to connect, made the experience feel fun and effortless.

Of course, not every photo was perfect, and that’s part of the charm. What mattered was that the images captured something real. Looking through them afterward, it wasn’t just about how they looked, but how they felt—genuine, warm, and full of character.

By the end of the session, it felt like more than just a shoot. It was a shared experience, a pocket of time set aside to simply enjoy being present together. And that’s what made it worthwhile—not just the photos we took home, but the memories we created along the way.

great experience from start to finish. Everyone was very welcoming , really enjoyed the space and every step of make-up, hair and nails. Danny was my photographer for the day and his photos were truly special, he really got my brief and what i was after. Sienna at the end made me feel very special with her unique insights.

My friend Nicky and I went to Vanity Studios for a cosplay photoshoot, the makeup artist staff and photographer were amazing we loved every minute of it and had a great time, would definitely recommend xx Michelle x

I made a booking a couple of weeks ago that I desperately need to amend. I've emailed 3 times now and not had a reply. Not impressed with the customer service and slightly concerned that they've taken a £100 deposit that I will never see again.

We had such an amazing experience at Vanity Studio on Easter Monday! From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect.

A huge thank you to Chevaughn, Danny our photographer, and Suraya – they were all incredible with us and our son. They made us feel so comfortable, relaxed, and honestly treated us like superstars the entire time.

The shoot itself was so much fun, and the photos came out absolutely amazing – we couldn’t be happier with them! You can really see the care, professionalism, and talent that went into every shot.

Went for a photoshoot with my 3 daughters today and we were very apprehensive as we have never done anything like this before. We had the most amazing time. I was so pleased with my hair and make up I hardly recognised myself. Our photographer Danny (I hope I remembered that right) was fantastic and made us feel so at ease and also made it fun. Photos were lovely and was so hard to choose which ones to have.

SCAM – Avoid at all costs.

We purchased a voucher at a Christmas fair for £120, which was meant to cover a makeover and photoshoot for four people, including one free photo each. That was the promise.

When we called to book, we were told we had to pay a £300 deposit to cover no-shows. While this seemed excessive, we agreed. The experience on the day itself was pleasant enough, but the organisation was chaotic. They were running significantly late, and after travelling two hours to get there, it became clear we wouldn’t be leaving until around 10pm (we should have been out by 7pm). As we’d been told we could view the photos later via Zoom, we decided to leave and arrange this another time.

That’s where everything fell apart.

I attempted to arrange a viewing on 17 separate occasions, receiving either no response or generic holding emails. After weeks of chasing, I formally complained as I still hadn’t had my deposit returned or been able to view the photos. Again, no resolution.

In the end, I had to go through my credit card provider to recover the £300 deposit. I’ve also had to dispute the original £120 voucher payment, as we have never seen or received a single photo.

It’s incredibly disappointing, as I was genuinely looking forward to purchasing some special photos of myself, my daughters, and my friend.

There were also other customers on the day complaining about the disorganisation and delays.

This experience feels like a complete scam. Do not waste your money.

I went for makeover and photoshoot with my mum and sister - it was a super fun day out! I would advise taking multiple outfits and choosing when you're there. The photographer helped with styling which was great.

We visited Vanity Studios as a group of friends for a photoshoot, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at ease right away.

Had the best experience at Vanity studios, my cousin and I booked this package together and as soon as we arrived we felt welcomed and comfortable. The setting was professional and the team was accommodating and helpful. I got my makeup done by Geraldo and he was extremely talented! I showed him a picture for inspiration and did exactly what I was looking for. Danny was our photographer for the day and he helped us feel comfortable and confident and gave us many tips on how to pose. Overall was such a fun experience and this place has a lovely team.

The day was great. I took my mum as a mother's day gift. My makeup was what I asked for and my mum felt beautiful. I was surprised that they had makeup and hair products for darker tones/thicker hair but they did and applied this amazingly. The makeup and hair team were amazing and everyone was really friendly.

The photos came out great and the overall experience was fun, if albeit it a little behind on timing that led us to rush the last outfit, but then they hit you with the price.

I called up before asking if there were any additional costs on the day and was told no. I was assured that we could take home 1 photo each included in the initial price we paid. What they don't tell you is that the photo you're allowed to take can be one of only you. So I could only take one of myself and my mum one of her-we could not take home any of the joint photos. This was the same for the 2 cheapest packages between £400-£600. So the only way we could take home any pictures of myself and my mum together was by purchasing the package costing £1050. This gave us 30 pictures out of the 120 that were taken. If there was any other option, this was not made clear to us. We couldn't help but feel blindsided. I am not naive to think that the photos would be free but this felt like a joke especially as this cost did not include the pictures being physically printed, but rather emailed so that we now have to pay additional costs to get these printed professionally.

Overall, we had an amazing day but it was not worth the money that we paid at the end of it. It felt like they deliberately leave the cost until the end so you feel a little trapped.
