VegasNova is a Scam!

This casino is a scam and ran by a fraudster.

Myself and team worked as affiliates for VegasNova for the past month and received a large number of complaints from the players we introduced to this website. Unfortunately, withdrawal requests are being declined and customer service stopped responding.

The 'Live' chat is ran by AI and isn't responsive or helpful at all and the email address I was given to provide to our players links directly to the fraudster running the show so a month onwards and our players still haven't seen their money.

Again, we worked as affiliates so not only did our customers get ripped off but we were also. We had an agreed sum arranged for our business relationship working as 'sponsors' or 'affiliates' to this casino and this sum was not honoured either, instead the casino owner has attempted to claim WE are the scammers lol.

I made a mistake while entering a promo…

I made a mistake while entering a promo code and thought I had completely lost the deal. But to my surprise Lisa from the support team was not only quick to reply she was calm kind and totally professional. That kind of attitude makes a huge difference, especially when you're already frustrated. From tech to service this experience was five stars all the way.

I reached out and he quickly identified the problem making sure everything was fixed in no time. Once the issue was resolved I jumped back into the games and I have to say the slots on this platform are top notch. I had a small issue with my free spins…

I had a small issue with my free spins glitching, but thankfully, Mike from customer support handled it quickly and professionally. The level of service was outstanding! Worst experience possible but it seems they are trying to improve

I deposited $500 in bitcoin with the expectation of a 150% bonus. I lost the deposit only to find that I wasn’t credited the welcome bonus. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect by a customer service representative. Their lackadaisical attitude and refusal to help will keep me playing with reputable operators.

Edit to operator response- I have not heard from you and suspect your response was just for appearance sake. The bonus has not been applied to my account.

I appreciate the fact Leo from Customer Service reached and made the original deposit bonus correct. It still seems a bit odd that an employee at any company would speak to me the way the original man (David) did. These casinos have a lot of competition these days and I have learned to stick with the couple with proven track records. Maybe Vegas Nova can turn it around. I’m still hesitant to deposit again without knowing how payouts work.

We took internal actions because that’s not how we treat our customers, not then, not now.

We understand there was a misunderstanding regarding how the bonus needed to be claimed. It may not have been entirely clear during your visit, and we recognize how that could have led to confusion. We reviewed the case in full and went ahead and manually added the 150% welcome bonus based on your deposit, ensuring the offer was honoured and credited directly to your account.
