I have been buying jewelry from vitaly since 2016 and I’ve never had an issue with anything. The quality is amazing and they still look brand new years later. The support staff when you need help with exchanges etc are extremely helpful and I could recommend the company more.

My “fragment” ring came but when I put it on, I felt something scratching and upon further inspection, I noticed that the ring had a few sharp points where joints were connected. I used the AI chat on the website to start communication with the company, but then an email from a person, Miguel, came swiftly after that to inquire more about the issue. Due to the busy-ness of the holidays, I forgot about the ring. To my surprise, another email came asking if I still needed assistance. I was thankful for the reminder! Long story short, Miguel worked with me to find a reasonable solution. I was impressed with this company’s diligence with customer service. Along with the “fragment” ring, I also ordered two other rings. ALL the pieces are very beautiful! I will order the “fragment” again with the store credit they gave me because it is indeed a fabulous piece.

Ordered a Christmas gift - Vitaly chose to use FedEx who lost the parcel. FedEx investigated and outcome was lost/missing but said I had to contact Vitaly because the package wasn’t insured. Although Vitaly were provided with all the details including outcome of the FedEx investigation but after chasing them for days I was told they couldn’t confirm it had been lost so wouldn’t replace/refund. Advised me to simply claim through my credit card company.

Absolute joke and certainly do not recommend them.

They ship using USPS and for semi-expensive jewelry this seems inadequate. Unfortunately for me, USPS said it was delivered "in or at my mailbox," but I checked every day and never received the package. When I told Vitaly this, their response was "Without any substantial evidence to prove that your package was not delivered, we must assume that the delivery service provider delivered your order." Extremely disappointing to have an online company take your money with no guarantee you will get the product delivered. I will never purchase from them again.

The quality of the jewelry, a ring in gold color was put in a nice box.
I needed to contact the customer service for an exchange due to a mistake of size from my niece and they take a very good care of my issue and respond very quiclky and clearly.

After placing my order, I received no tracking email or shipping notification at all. I only learned that the package had supposedly been delivered after contacting Vitaly several days later. The courier confirmed that my email address had not been shared, which resulted in the package being left outside without any way for me to be notified or present.

The courier left the package outside, on the street (after my investigation, sent me the picture of the package outside), where it was stolen.

Customer service refused to take responsibility despite this clear handling error, and no satisfactory solution was offered.

It is especially disappointing because my first experience with this company was positive. This situation raises serious concerns about order follow-up and how issues are handled when they occur.

The customer service with company is 10/10. The morning after placing my order I received a call from a customer representative. Unheard of, really makes the shopping experience one of a kind. They were following up on what I thought and offering discounts on future orders. I did have to change the shipping address well after the cut off date and they got back to me in just a couple hours and were able to make the change for me. Will be shopping with them again. 10/10 recommend.

Vitaly Designs makes well-made and creative jewelry from recycled steel. Each piece I own is incredibly well-made and extremely distinctive. You will be stopped constantly by people wanting to know where you bought your jewelry. Customer service is first-rate and the in-store experience is great! I am a customer for life!

I've bought earrings, chains, and rings from Vitaly over the course of 3 years. They all shine like I bought them yesterday. I've spoken to customer service as well and they were always quick to respond and supportive of my needs. I'll be shopping here for a long time.

Reliable products and incredibly reliable customer service. Super impressed with them. replies were very quick, orders was process super quick aswell.

I've ordered multiple items from this site, and only made a return once very recently. Customer service was terrible; took a long time to respond, and then tried to deny the return once 30 days had passed. They offered 'store credit' when I contested it, but in the end they only gave me a single-use, unstackable coupon code. Since coupons can't be used on sale items, that means I can't use it until next year, when their current sale is over. They refused to provide actual store credit. It feels like I'm being punished for holding them accountable. The entire situation was a nightmare, and I can't support a company that uses misleading language in their policies.

I happened to make a small error with my order and reached out to customer service for assistance. To my delight, they responded within mere hours and resolved the matter with remarkable efficiency and grace. Such attentive and courteous service feels rather rare these days. I’m truly impressed and very much looking forward to receiving my parcel — your jewellery is simply exquisite.
