We were looking to use this system as our new CRM but the service has been very bad making comments we don't normally work with smaller businesses, even though we are growing. Arranged a 2nd demo that I was 15 minutes late for then refused to show me a shorter version. Had not options to look at videos and couldn't spent time asking any questions. Frankly if this is how service is from the start I wouldn't recommend

Overall I'm really happy with the…
Overall I'm really happy with the product. The implementation support team were superb and I was up and running quickly. There are some really useful elements and functionality of the system and that was one of the big draws for me. However, as I get more used to using it there are some features that I have had with other systems that I think would be a welcome addition to Infinity.

The support team at Voyager are fantastic. They have kept in touch with me to check how I am getting on using the software and when I have needed support they couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Last week I had two half hour sessions with Debbie and it has made the world of difference. I am finally starting to use Infinity properly! I am going to schedule more calls with Debbie in a couple of weeks to make sure I am using the software to its full capacity.

It's fine.
It's fine. A bit all or nothing. Wanted just a database but you have to have a whole system of working. But there prescriptive way of working doesn't work for us.
Don't like the fact that you cannot export your data as easy as basic databases allow you to.
