Very unhappy with the service
Very unhappy with the service. Had to chase for updates. When the deal wasnt going through over a piece of extra paper they decided they need last minute, never got a call or email txt. Then when I had enough, told them to return the money to the broker, they took as long as possible and were very childish and no one every seemed to know what was going on and a different story every day.

Filled in the form to check pricing and instantly recieve half dozen txts and half dozen emails and voicemails from bots. Hire some humans instead of bombarding potential customers with spam and I would use your services.

From finding vans for me to sorting the finance without me lifting a finger really. Absolutely brilliant from start to finish would recommend jack for anyone after a van.
