Looked really easy to use on the site but when it arrived I didn’t find it user friendly at all. You scan a QR code which takes you to a 60 second video that goes so fast on attaching them. I haven’t been able to wear them yet. I have tried with the applicator and the lashes don’t come off the applicator onto my lashes. Very expensive if it becomes useless or not a quick task so I do not recommend unfortunately.

It wasnt as easy as the video made it look.
I had to try multiple times to get the lashes to sit right (the first time wearing them out) and then when i tried to use them again, the magnets werent connecting no matter how many times i adjusted it and eventually gave up. Sorry for this feedback but it wasnt working for me =(

Love the idea of the product but they don’t sit well on my lashes. Am Terry to wear them because I get so frustrated trying to get them to sit on my lashes properly

I loved the easy to follow tutorials, it’s made utilising and caring for my lashes easy! They really are so simple to use & they look amazing!

Couldn't get them on. Really disappointed. Watched the utube videos still couldn't get them to stick together to my lashes..

While I love the concept, I was disappointed with how dark and fake the lashes looked on my eyes, even though I chose the most subtle look. I’m older and have brown lashes. Would love to see some for us fairer girls!

I watched the tutorials and still can’t get the lashes on after multiple attempts. I got them for an event tomorrow night that I will not be able to use now

The lashes are easy to get the hang of once u know to line them up and apply them after a lil practice. It says you can trim them but I did that and it now looks odd 😂😂 users error I think lol I did however buy another set because I loved it. Bought the fuller set first and decided I need a simple set for everyday wear.

I have tired to apply these multiple times. They are to long for my eyes and feel really heavy on my eyes. Unfortunately won’t be able to use them.

I freaking LOVE these eyelashes they are so easy to use once you get the hang of it and they didnt budge all night and best part was the removal completely pain free and done in 2 seconds which any girl knows the dreaded "now i have to remove my makeup" dread after a big night out for me these lashes made that dread a lot less. I have been recommending these to everyone. Yes they are tricky to start with but dont give up they do become so easy simple

Hi was not happy with magnetic lashes as hard to put on then it got stuck together when I gently rubbed them to separate the two it ripped!!! So not happy at all with it didn’t get to use it for a day

Would be nice if they came with some damn instructions, paid $130 dollars for these trashy lashes that don’t even work, they don’t respond to refunds, don’t waste your money on these ugly useless lashes.

BEWARE. The worst customer service ever!!!! Exchanged for different size. They deliberately said out of stock and by the time new ones arrived it was too late to return if I didn't like . unacceptable and dishonest. Plus the product not impressive hence returning .

Impossible to apply!! They just stay on the applicator. I have practiced so many times with no luck. The few times that they stuck together on my lashes they felt heavy. Due to the lack of magnet in the middle of the lash strips, they didn’t feel very secure. Such a huge disappointment- I don’t recommend these at all.

Firstly, I made a mistake when ordering by choosing the wrong lashes. I sent an email to the customer support and it was fixed and the indented lashes were fixed onto my order, all within a few hours of order to being fixed. Crazy quick response!

Secondly, the lashes themselves. Excellent quality, lashes feel like genuine lashes, the magnets aren't heavy or clunky. You can't even tell they're magnetic. Putting them on does take a bit of getting used to but after watching the video and tips they send with it I got the hang of them. Packaging is super lightweight and compact, think about the size of a small compact mirror and pretty!

For anyone with hooded eyes thinking about it, I got the simple lashes and they opened my eyes up SO much! Would recommend.

The only negative I would have is the applicator itself came broken, the bottom black piece just slid off when i took it out of the plastic, which while annoying I can & will just glue it back on. All in all, I'd recommend them to anyone that asked

But the prongs that came with the lashes were broken, one of the black parts wasnt attached at all and I think its a glue issue. I sent an email with photos attached and I am being patient but its now been 3 business days since I emailed and the website says 1-2 days

I recently got the Fuller lashes, they were a tad too long on each eye, was able to trim the tiniest bit off. They do look good and look like I’ve just had my lash extensions done. However it is no where near as easy to get them to sit right every time, first time took me around an hour. Second 20 mins and this time I’m still stuck around the 10 minute mark and can’t seem to get them right any quicker. I’m quite good with things like this normally, but definitely advertised way too easy for people who aren’t use to these sorts of techniques.

Delivery was pretty quick. Not as easy to apply. My lashes seem to leave a big gap, I think 3 magnets would be better. But excellent concept. Perhaps more practice and ill nail it!

The lashes are heavy and drag my eye down. Have sent an email and would like a refund

A nightmare to put on. The magnet on the applicator is stronger than the magnets on the lashes so as you take the applicator away the lashes keep going with it. Don’t waste your money
