Invaluable customer service. A beautiful, unique selection of tiles, and the colors are vibrant and beautiful. I have purchases the cement tiles for several rooms in our major renovation.

The lady that served me (sorry can’t remember her name) was super helpful & friendly. It was the Bristol store I visited.

Ordered some samples and nearly 3 weeks later they've not arrived. Have requested a refund for 1 sample tile that they don't have enough of. If you're unable to fulfil then please just let the customer know earlier as possible so I can reach out to a third party that supply your tiles.

Changed the rating from 2 to 4. Although I didn't get the tiles I wanted in the time that I needed, their customer service has been very proactive in resolving the issue. Your tiles are lovely, this review is not about the product but just the timeliness of delivery and communication about delays. Thank you CS.

The order I made could not be sent as there was no sample tiles in stock. I was sent an alternative and given my money back.

Exceptional customer service in resolving my issue and with the frame. The design assistance was brilliant and very attentive.

Can’t rate bert and may enough! I had an initial design consultation with Rebecca who was wonderful and helped me choose my tiles. We then had a hiccup where we ordered too little tiles and our tiler had started, Rebecca pulled it out the bag and got them sent out to us the next day! Will 100% use Bert and may for any future projects

Bert & May offer fabulous customer service and beautiful design quality tiles. Claire is exceptionally helpful and responsive to my urgent order. As I purchased the sale tiles, she provided constant follow-up on the stock to ensure I have sufficient tiles by the time I placed the order. The delivery team also gave swift assistance to sort out my last min request.

My kitchen and bathroom tiles received a lot of compliment with Bert & May tiles. Overall a good experience and I highly recommended them.

Having previously purchased a whole batch of reclaimed tiles 2 years ago for a project that was to be completed in two stages, we were dismayed to find we were 60 tiles short when we finally got to the second stage.
Ella was fantastic as she initially suggested making us new tiles to match our reclaimed ones but then managed to source another batch of the same reclaimed patterned tiles! Arrived today and our tiler has managed to fit us in next week. So happy!

I found them stressful to work with. I told them they had put the wrong tiles on the invoice and to be careful because if they werent we would then end up woth the wrong tiles. They assured me that had corrected the info for the warehouse and then lo and behold the wrong tiles arrived. I was so angry because it delayed out build project and put us at odds with our builders . In fairness they tried to sort the issue quickly and we did get the roght tiles ( albeit losing some in transit to breakages which isnt ideal). They never answer the phone in chelsea - beyond unprofessional and you can never get put through via the switchboard so we also had a wasted visit there as well.
