I enjoy the diversity of each painting and the various designs!

I was only supposed to browse, but clearly your collections had other plans for me.
I absolutely love the variety you offer—there’s so much to choose from! Prices are very reasonable with sales that make saying “just one” completely unrealistic. I have recently renovated and now my walls are desperately in need of some love and attention 💕 My biggest challenge is getting my husband on board with my style; guess I will go rogue (I’m sure he will love it eventually) 🤔🤞😁

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM BUSINESS!
They front as a US business (Miami address), they ship from NY and NJ, they don’t allow any refunds or cancellations, hmmm why is this? Oh of course, because they’re happy to return your item for a full refund, once you ship it to NEW ZEALAND, at a cost of almost twice the price of the item. So of course you’ll keep it and they’ll keep SCAMMING customers. Didn’t even bother looking at the quality because I no longer wanted it BEFORE it shipped but they went ahead and shipped anyway and now I can’t return it….

The cancellation request email was sent within 24 hours…..
But when you’re a SCAM BUSINESS, you say what you want. I have emails with time stamps and dates….

But also, lovely response. I also have numerous emails from the “legit business” calling me names, pathetic, poor a cockroach (really? A cockroach? What year is this lmao)
But never once was a US return address offered, only NZ, and insults.
Because this is not a legit business. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM BUSINESS!

All emails where this business replied or contacted me without being solicited to, as well as the names I was called, are saved and available for public viewing….

My favourite thing about canvas castle is that the descriptions and quality of the product is very accurate. They frame up easily and even though I’m on the other side of the world delivery is no issue.

Worst experience ever with rude, unprofessional, disrespectful email correspondence due to request of return and refund as I assumed I was purchasing canvas “art” instead of cheap print. Terrible customer service, cheap product

This is HORRIBLE! The colors are dull, the picture is blurry. Very misleading in what your really getting. Its cheap, because your getting cheap quality. I have never been so disappointed. Customer service, never mind, there is no service. Unless your ready to here someone lie to you. Save your money, shop somewhere else.

The variety is amazing

Watch out, the picture is NOT what you get! The frame isn’t included! You have to build your own frame and stretch it. Bs! False advertising!! Why do businesses do this?! Make it obvious what you are getting for your purchase! Stop f’ing people over!

I ordered a piece from Canvas Castle expecting it to match the photo on their website, but what I received looked significantly different in color and overall appearance. When I contacted customer service, I was met with dismissive replies and zero willingness to help—no exchange, no return, not even acknowledgment that the product didn’t match their own listing; in fact, they said I was wrong. Their tone was rude and unprofessional throughout the process. This company does not stand behind its products or value its customers. I’m sharing this so others can make an informed decision before ordering.
