This would have to be the most disappointing purchase I’ve ever made.
This company have no morals.
The items I ordered were apparently lost in transit and finally 2 months later arrived. The quality is appallingly bad.
I would advise anyone considering purchasing from here to not waste your time or money.

I bought the Lumina Thermatouch neck massage tool - on the site in bold wording it says try it risk free - if you're not satisfied for any reason return it within 30 days for a full refund. The product is awful - very hard - not soft and super painful on your neck. It's feels like getting pinched very hard. I contacted them to return it and was told because it was on a promotion it can't be returned (which it is always sold on a promotion price). I showed them their try it risk free advertising and they then sent their return policy which you can't see when you buy it - that says if it is on a promotion price all sales are final. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! IT’S A SCAM. I seen some pieces online and ordered three different items, the product quality was terrible and looked nothing like the pictures. When I reached out for a refund, they ironically said I would have to return to their quality assurance centre in China at my own expense. They claim to have an office in London, images on their website are AI generated and reviews are fake.

These people are scammers. I submitted a negative review for a faulty item and they used their scamming to have it removed.
They need to take responsibility for their poor customer service!!!!!

SCAM - clothes nothing like on website. AND they charge you for return to their China office.

I was sent the wrong garment! The color was not close to the picture advertised, the fabric was a different blend, and it was missing an accent bow that enhanced the style, so I contacted Daisy within their specified two days for a complete refund. They were kind and asked for pictures to approve the refund, which I provided. After a couple weeks of back and forth emails and pictures, they approved the refund. However, at MY expense to return the garment they WRONGLY sent. The address was in Italy! It would cost $35 to send it back, just to get my so called “full refund.” I chose not to send it back because I do not believe I would’ve ever seen a refund and then I would’ve been out even more money. I thought I would get a return label, since it was THEIR MISTAKE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. They send out wrong clothing knowing you can’t (or won’t) send it back for a refund. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!

Varen jeg modtog var langt fra samme kvalitet som vist på billederne på facebook. Syningerne var meget færre og stoffet var ikke samme kraftige kvalitet som på billederne. Der har været brugt photoshop på billederen. De vil ikke tage varen retur ved min reklamation. Den vare du får er ikke den du ser i annoncen...

Excellent customer service. I always received an email back when I emailed. Sabrina G was always kind and helpful. My order took a couple days longer than I anticipated and Sabrina took personal interest to make sure it was on it's way. (It was).
I have purchased two of the same linen travel sets. The quality is excellent. They wash up nicely. I sized up one size to guarantee looseness and it was a good decision for me. Definitely one of my best 2025 purchases.

Doesn’t fit, need to return n get refund.

They refuse to engage in conversation and claim they are keeping to their return policy, which of course does not account for quality issues. I wore the pants six times. They are bobbling and the elastic in the fabric has broken through. The quality is disgraceful. Daisy’s Closet is blaming wear and washing.

I would give them zero if I could - it's a complete scam. The pants that I received look NOTHING like the pants that were promoted and I can't return them. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered 2 bras , they looked nothing like the video, and the size they recommend was way too big and badly fitting . When I complained and asked for a refund the said I'd have to return it with a logistics company at my own expense which worked out more expensive than the bras !!
After sending several emails demanding a full refund the most I got was 15% !!
I don't understand how these companies are allowed to operate , they are a total scam !!!!!

You CANNOT return anything! They responded to my first email inquiring about starting a return and have since ghosted me. I have written several other emails and tried calling but they do not answer calls or call back. It’s an absolute scam and infuriating.

This company is a SCAM! DO NOT purchase from them. I ordered a dress that came and the seams weren’t even sewn and it was falling apart. I went through their online return process immediately to get an email back that they only accept returns to a bogus address in Italy which would cost me more to ship back then the dress was worth. Tried calling their CS#929-475-0850 and is a bogus# just keeps saying it’s busy. I live in California, they shipped their product from a “convenient for them” distribution center in Vernon, CA but they say I cannot return there and must return to Italy but they won’t cover the shipping costs. Total SCAM! Stay away!!!
Also their emails from Sabrina G. have so many misspellings. Totally some fake scammer who needs to learn English.

Do not buy from this company there is no way of returning the poorly made clothes. The emails bounce back, the website does not exist and the clothes are terribly made, threads hanging out and sizing completely wrong. Took so long to arrive I no longer needed them for a wedding. Definitely a dodgy company and now I'm left with 2 dresses I can't return or get my money back on. 84euro for 2 awful dresses. You get bet quantity on temu and better prices.

This is my second review. After going back and forth for a month and a half, they finally gave the credit for the shirt that I would not get (even though it said it was in stock as did the rest of the items), then told me that the rest of the order was missing, then the items were shipped. It took a very long time, the quality is poor and the size is not true. Now I cannot return it. I don't know why I must have had my head up my derriere to order from these people. Their marketing and accounting departments seem to be terrible. I have to donate one of the shirts now, looks nothing like the picture and does not match the size I ordered. Too small. UGH! DON'T DO IT!

I’ve not received my order. Their email responses are all generic. The site is now saying you can’t order from them anymore. When I try and click on my tracking number it now goes to “this shop doesn’t take orders anymore”. Previously when I clicked on the tracking number it would take me
To the shipping details and say it was in transit. I hope I will receive my order and this is not a scam company.

Had a bad experience with the item I bought and this company not taking responsibility for postage and returns for refunds
It’s been really disappointing

I have given this co two stars because my windproof raincoat was delivered about 12 days after my purchase through PayPal, when I was at home in Melbourne. The delivery guy asked for no I.D. and looked terribly shifty, but I am very happy with the coat; it's well-made and fits the description as well as me.
Unfortunately, I showed it to my friend, saying I thought she would like one too. Now, two months after she ordered her coat, she's being given the same runaround as others here. No coat, no note re delivery attempt, lies about proof of delivery. Daisy Fashion (be sure you get the right label) sending her haughty emails saying they have proof of delivery (no, it isn't genuine) and delaying tactic emails from the "delivery service".
Perhaps there is a genuine clothing company somewhere, because I got what I ordered and in good time, but by a suspicious-acting character.
I am angry that my friend has been duped out of $A90. It is indubitably a scam as it is almost impossible to locate the warehouse, although I am hoping to go with her to try and get her jacket - if it really exists.
I am very sorry for neglecting to research this outfit before buying, because my friend made her order because I had a good result. I have been conned myself before and should have known better.
