Stuff does Not work!
I ordered a bottle of collagen drops.

They continued to send me two more bottles after writing to say I didn't want anymore.

It has done absolutely nothing for my Shih Tzu Honey's skin.

I emailed again to say I wanted a refund by their money back guarantee due to this reason.

BULLSHIT PROMISES
There is NO money back guarantee as promised!

They NEVER Even RESPONDED to any of my emails.

Deceitful company

After vet medication, probiotic chews empty wallet for 18 months. This product is working for my girl. Scratching less, headshaking less and fur returning. My girl would have been further on but I ordered from another company in error so had a setback. My new design bottle is on its way. This product is giving me and my girl a stress free life again thanks Healthy petz

I ordered and recieve the collagen, but it hasn't worked on my dog, emailed them to request my (guaranteed money back) still waiting for a reply which I probably won't get, they also say low stock, yet when they advertise on Facebook, they've got a whole warehouse full of the stuff, how are they allowed to scam people through Facebook, should be banned.

I placed my order on April 25. It is not May 19 and the package has supposedly been sitting in NY since May 6 (I'm in FL). There has been no communication from the company about the delay or status.

I've tried reaching out via the only mode of customer support available -- their email. But no one has responded. To make matters worse, I ordered the recurring subscription because I the single bottle option wasn't available (which should've been a warning to me at the start). The subscription is going to kick in on May 24 before I ever get the first bottle.

I've requested a cancellation and refund of my order along with the subscription. I worry I won't hear back from the company with how shady this whole thing has been. My fault for trusting something promoted by a supposed vet influencer on FB.

Absolutely terrible. I bought a bottle of the collagen in good faith with the 3 months no quibble money back guarantee. It's made my dogs itching much worse and I have emailed the company 3 times (they're meant to respond within 12 hours) and have had no response. So I'm £30 out of pocket with a rubbish product

Gave my dog diarrhea and vomiting, cost over $300 in vet bill to treat. Messaged them to cancel, not send any more and refund per their guarantee. They didn't do any of these things. Their company "website" does not exist. What a scam!!!

Product tracking shows in transit for over a week, but no real tracking number and the updates on there site do not really make sense. I have sent numerous emails to their customer service and have never received a reply. I believe that they are a scam. I am sending a request to credit card company to dispute the charge. Even if the product now arrives , I do not trust them and it will be going into the trash. They give a long story on how they are legit and have had counterfeit products sold on Amazon, Again I think it is all made up in order for you to order and be forced into their subscription even if you uncheck the subscription box.

Since starting collagen drops from healthy Petz my dogs skin and also their coat is amazing so happy with them! I would certainly recommend them.

I purchased 1 bottle and didn't want a subscription but ended up with one. I removed the check mark on the sentence about buying with a monthly subscription, which causes an error. Tried this 3 or 4 times, each time it caused an error and was not sent to their cart. So I couldn't just order 1 bottle. Soon after I received a note which looked like it was from an AI, it said I still had an order in my cart and that they would help me if I needed it. I looked into their cart and it was now in there so I sent it through, I did't notice that now the check mark was back on for monthly puchases.

After several days of trying to get someone to respond to my messages which they never did, I saw a box on a page that said there was a magic link and I should follow it. I pressed it and at the bottom of the linked page was a box that said "cancel subscription". I pressed it and received an email that my subscription was cancelled. I canceled the subscription because it was looking like a scam, also I didn't need a subscription because I wasn't going to buy just 1 bottle if my 2 dogs showed it was working.

They have yet to answer any of my replies, purchased on the 16th and now it's the 25th. If I look at their "Tracking", its not a regular tracking message from any sending system that I know of, and there isn't any tracking number. Bottom line, this sale is giving me a lot of reasons to ask for my money back, which I did but there wasn't any answer to that message either.

I have been scammed. I never received a confirmation message. I tried to track my order and it said NO RECORF OF THIS ORDER. I ORDERED FROM THIS SITE THRU FACEBOOK. I'M VERY UNHAPPY BECAUSE THEY TOOK MY MONEY . NOW MY DOG HAS TO WAIT FOR ME TO FIND THIS SOME OTHER VENUE. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED

So I just want to order one bottle without being put on a subscription and it will not let me. Ugh! Right there not liking it...

Not only does this product not work but the "company" does not answer their emails. Minutes after my purchase I emailed to cancel, got no reply and it is apparently being sent anyway. I am filing a report with my bank and changing my card because they also automatically subscribe you. Not me! Shut this place down!

Riley has been on collagen for six weeks I give him 3ml per day since he’s 90 lbs ,his raw spots are gone I admit he sometimes starts to lick himself but I feel it’s a habit because it’s not so consistent.No more raw spots his coat is better now

I was reluctant to try as I'd tried so many other things but thought I'd have a go. In less than 2 weeks, my OEB's inflamed skin had eased and his hair had started growing back. A miracle! Just be aware of fakes being sold on Amazon. Go to the company.

One bottle arrived broken and it was replaced immediately. Also, I’m not entirely sure this product is helping because my puppy still licks her paws incessantly. I will continue for a while as miracles don’t happen overnight.
I think it is a good company.

Oliver has had "hot spots" for the last few years. This meant going to the vet and $$$$$ spent trying to clear up the situation. So far this year he hasn't had the urge to lick his feet as he did in the past. He does have one sore, but I'm not sure if this is something resulting from his last hair cut (not trying to blame his stylist as she is great). No problem getting him to accept this medication and will continue throughout the rest of the year just to confirm.

I have a Scottie that has lost quite a bit of hair on the top part of his tail. His coat is ruff, coarse feeling,and sheds a lot too. I have tried other meds/supplements without any improvement! We are on our 2nd shipment of the Collagen. His overall hair is so much softer now and the balding area on the top of his tail is filling back in with hair. He is not shedding as much hair either. He has had a lot of skin allergy bumps that nothing has helped either, but after using the first couple of bottles of the Collagen, he has had no more scabby bumps. He looks like a different dog now. His coat is soft and shiny. He takes the Collagen well on his food. No problems. We Love this product and have been recommending it to other people with dogs.
