Returning the car is a nightmare

Pick up was ok, but bringing back the car is a real disaster. I was with 3 kids and wife and our car had some little pebbles and some dirt (it was raining during our holiday). They charged me 36 euro to get the car cleaned (which they do anyway). The man checking the car was ridiculous, very rude and aggresive. I tried to remain polite, but he remained acting weird. The girl was also not very helpful. In my opinion they just want to collect some extra money from families who just want to catch their plane home. Never will hire with them again. I rented at Ancona Airport (2 weeks) and took good care of the car (no scratch at all). I returned the car friday 3rd of May. Management should be wise to at least fire the guy or give him a training on hospitality and helping him to keep customers happy. He was an absolute nightmare and even got my kids to get upset (12, 11 and 9 years).

Complete site met veel beoordelingen. En ook leuk dat al je beoordelingen op een kaart worden gezet; een soort golf dagboek. Des te meer reviews, des te hoger je status en ook je korting op greenfee vouchers (bij sommige banen). Leuk!
