Hebben dan toch eindelijk waarborg terug gekregen waarvoor dank aan spotahome die dit alles rechtgezet hebben.
Waarborg was ook de enige tegenvaller, dat dit alles zolang duurde vooraleer we dit bedrag terug hadden op onze rekening.
Dit was ook het enige minpunt aan onze ervaring met spotahome maar is nu rechtgezet.

Ondertussen een jaar geleden en hebben…
Ondertussen een jaar geleden en hebben onze waarborg nog steeds niet terug. Waarborg 668 dat ter plaatse cash betaald moet worden.
Vooraf niet gemeld en kon niet met kaart betaald worden.
Meerdere mails verzonden en spotahome zou contact opnemen met ohmyroom.
Niet normaal dat ze studenten op deze manier uitbuiten.

Naam ondertussen gevonden bij spotahome, zouden waarborg terugstorten. Nog steeds geen geld op onze rekening.

Please bear in mind that the security deposit matter is between the landlord and tenant. However, we can always help you get in touch with him and mediate.

1422 euro voor deze periode.
Bij aankomst persoon die sleutel afgeeft, eist contant 668 euro waarborg voor de week februari en de drie weken maart.
Dit kan niet met kaart betaald worden enkel cash.
Na meermaals mails te verzenden naar spotahome hebben wij onze waarborg 668, euro nog steeds niet terug.

Vanuit Belgie Miele eilanddampkap en ingebouwd Miele espressomachine besteld. Bij andere waren we duurder uit.
