1Driving.Co.Uk Driving School

I've always believed that a man's true worth is reflected in the quality of his work, the patience he possesses, and the reputation he leaves behind. Mr Shazad Zamir is a gentleman who understands all three.

Calm, remarkably friendly, exceptionally patient, and a master of his craft. He took me beyond familiar test routes, through different areas, complicated roundabouts, busy junctions and unfamiliar roads. Not merely to help me secure a driving licence, but to ensure I knew how to handle whatever the road might throw my way.

He taught me something far more valuable than passing a test: the confidence to make the right decisions, the discipline to remain composed, and the judgement to drive safely.

Today, I hold my full UK driving licence, and Shazad has my sincere gratitude and utmost respect.

If you're looking for an instructor, I strongly recommend Mr Shazad Zamir at #1Driving school. Some decisions require careful consideration. This isn't one of them.

After all, anyone can teach you the rules of the road. It takes a certain calibre of gentleman to teach you how to command it responsibly.
A reputation well deserved. 🥃

Kamer is a fantastic driving instructor! I took just 3 lessons with him and passed my driving test with confidence. He’s professional, friendly, and explains everything clearly. Another big plus is that he picks you up from your location and drops you off after every lesson. He makes you feel comfortable behind the wheel and focuses on building your confidence, not just passing the test. I’m really glad I chose him and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a great instructor. Thanks, Kamer.

I recently passed my driving test, and I couldn't have done it without my amazing instructor, Haroon.
From the very first lesson, Haroon was patient, professional, and supportive. He explained everything clearly, helped build my confidence, and always remained calm and encouraging, even when I made mistakes.
Thanks to Haroon's excellent teaching and belief in me, I passed my driving test. I genuinely couldn't recommend him enough he is a great guy.
Thank you, Haroon, for all your hard work, patience, and encouragement. Wishing you all the best mate and I'm sure you'll continue helping many more learners achieve their driving goals.

My instructor haroon is by far the best instructor in the country. passed in under 20 lessons and 2 months first time.

Shazad is a great instructor gets you set up for your test with loads of information only had 5 lessons with him and was good to go passed 1st time truly recommended

I had a very amazing experience with my driving instructor Waqar as a beginner with no experience on roads before, I passed my test first time in 2 months. He was extremely professional and patient making me progress quickly as well as good advice in my driving journey. I would highly recommend 1driving school to anyone looking for an instructor

I couldn’t recommend Shazad enough. From my very first lesson through to passing my test, he was patient, professional and incredibly easy to communicate with. He always explained things clearly, gave constructive feedback and built my confidence behind the wheel.

One piece of advice that really stuck with me was, “Cut things off from the source.” It completely changed how I approached driving, helping me identify potential hazards early rather than reacting too late. That advice played a huge part in helping me pass.

If you’re looking for an instructor who’s understanding, knowledgeable and genuinely wants you to succeed, Shazad is the one. Thank you again for all your guidance and support!

£40/hr. No flexibility. Need 48 hours notice to cancel. As questions before assigning them. Require 2 hours at a time.

Became a good driver in 3 lessons honestly the teaching is wonderful i would 100% recommend this instructor 10/10 teaching teaches me skills that stick i passed with him

My driving instructor kam was absolutely amazing, made me feel very calm and helped me pass first time.
Would highly recommend 1driving!

I’ve learned with both Shazad and Adil, and they are both excellent instructors. They gave me a clear overview of the driving test, prepared me for different scenarios (including the show me/tell me questions), and pointed out potential tricky areas during lessons. Their instructions and feedback were always clear and constructive. They are patient, supportive, and good at explaining mistakes in a way that makes it easy to improve. I felt much more confident and well-prepared for the test because of their guidance.

Im grateful that they took me on at such short notice as my previous instructor from a different company, told me i wasn’t ready and that i should cancel the test only 5 days before, 1driving came through and were welcoming from the get go with great teaching allowing me to pass first time.
