I’ve been dealing with Corrina Maher in Arachas for a number of years now, and I can honestly say she has been the most reliable and reassuring insurance professional I’ve ever worked with. Every time I’ve needed help, whether it was a renewal, a tricky query, or just some clarity on a policy, she has gone out of her way to make the process smooth and stress‑free. She explains things in plain language, follows up without being asked, and genuinely makes you feel like your concerns matter. It’s rare these days to find someone who consistently delivers this level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail, but she does it every single time. I’ve never once felt rushed or overlooked, and her ability to handle issues quickly and calmly has made me stay with Arachas year after year. She is a credit to the company, and I genuinely hope Arachas recognizes how much value she brings, because customers like me stay loyal thanks to people like her.

So easy to renew my car insurance. Alternate options were shared with me and it was so straightforward to switch to the less expensive option. Hazel Tynan was very helpful and friendly to deal with!

I rang a few times on Monday and the persons I spoke to said they’d have to call me back and I received no return call. Between holding and calling it took over 2 hours. Today I rang again explained what had happened on Monday and the lady I spoke to was so obliging and helpful. Francine Montibeller answered my queries and amended my policy within 20 minutes. Early renewal date before it was due allowing me to budget ahead rather than dreading a lump sum. Extremely easy making contact for payment, receiving disk & paperwork days before my expiry date

I found Hazel Tynan to be very polite knew her product and extremely helpful. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble.

I have dealt with the Arachas galway office for over 19 years. I called in on friday as I hadn't received my cert. A lovely curtious manager dealt with my policy which had not actually renewed, he got my policy renewed and saved my over 120euro. The best service ive received to date. If you ever have a problem ask for Rhys Reynolds. He was quick professional and gave my wife and I his direct contact details for any problems in the future amazing service.

I could not recommend Arachne more! In day-to-day renewals, they are always very professional and informative. They are genuinely interested in helping and answer any questions asked. (Francine M was a prime example during my recent renewal).

When I was going through a claim and having issues with my insurance company, they were so supportive and ensured that I knew what my policy entitled me to and advocated for me when I felt the claim was not being addressed fairly. It was such a comfort during that time.

I'd a lovely experience this year renewing my insurance. I'm not very good online my husband did all these things for me but he passed away few years ago and I'm doing it now
