Fast delivery. Had a slight issue with saddle of the bike and customer service have arranged a replacement and hopefully the delivery will be just as quick. Would order again in the future.

A very bad experience
A very bad experience. Purchased a spiderman motorbike for my grandson and the order got cancelled therefore I purchased another one elsewhere, however a few weeks later the motorbike arrived. I have tried several times to get in touch with the company to return the motorbike, however they have been very unhelpful, I have now been charged for two motorbikes and I am unable to return the alternative i purchased due to being used prior to this one randomly arriving after the order was cancelled. As a result my PayPal account has also been shut down due to a late payment while I tried to dispute with the company to be able to get a courier or a return label to send the large motorbike back via soecial delivery as i cannot get the box to the post office due to being disabled. Unpleasant customer service. The box also arrived half bashed up therefore the motorbike could even be damaged.

Excellent Dolls Pram
Excellent price, communication and delivery. My granddaughter really loves her new dolls pram which I purchased for her 4th birthday.

Fantastic company have bought many many toys from them. Excellent delivery service and excellent customer service. Had 1 issue with one purchase and was dealt with within one day and refunded even though I wasn’t expecting to be as I purchased months earlier. I will be shopping here a lot more

however i’m very happy overall not only the pricing was excellent the Communication and packaging was excellent
the delivery & timescale was all within a couple of days .

Amazing!!!
I ordered Tuesday, it arrived at the parcel shop the next day and estimated delivery was 3-5 days. The toys I bought were the best value for money when I did a price comparison on other sites. Just amazing. I will be ordering from here again. Before this order I had never heard of True Toys.
