True Toys Reviews

Ordered on the Wednesday, delivered on the Thursday...brilliant service...Quality of toy was good too.
Alot cheaper than amazon

I ordered Tuesday, it arrived at the parcel shop the next day and estimated delivery was 3-5 days. The toys I bought were the best value for money when I did a price comparison on other sites. Just amazing. I will be ordering from here again. Before this order I had never heard of True Toys.

Absolutely fantastic service. Ordered one afternoon and arrived next day. Exactly as described. I'm going to have 2 very happy grandchildren at Advent.

Great service, product was in stock, free delivery and arrived within two days.

Quick delivery, and a good price many thanks

Great delivery I was informed about when my delivery would be, the price was a bargain and a gift for my grandson, it was so easy to order, I had it within a few days, quicker delivery is also available, I recommend and will use again.

First time ordering, ordered 2 items. Both perfect - no complaints

Easy to order, very fast delivery and discounted prices. I love this shop and will be recommending to all my family.

Great price on toys I wanted
Quick delivery
Only downside peppa pig home set was in a plain cardboard container bit disappointed as it’s a gift
Will definitely shop here again

Have used True Toys a couple of times now and would definitely again, great prices for branded toy, they often have special offers and has usually been free delivery for me, delivery is quick and parcels are well packed, no complaints at all

Excellent company and fast delivery . Well packaged great price I highly recommend

Package delivered in its original box with a lot of damage which with it been a present for my grandson isn’t ideal

Super fast delivery and so well packaged! Great prices, choice of toys and good website.

refunded original order cos no stock said there was 4! another ordered no probs but both reflectors on wheels broken off. overall good.

Really disappointed with how my parcel was packaged and handled

Received 2 out of the 4 toys with the packaging all ripped and beaten up !! Absolutely shocking how it passed checking and packing in the warehouse !!

I use this company regular but this was just lazy and unkind , toys are for children and usually purchased as gifts or Christmas or birthdays, I couldn’t pass one of the items on at all!! I managed to celotape the other item back together !!

Complaint made however it’s AI Responses and they want me to pay for and refurb a destroyed item that arrived ripped etc - not my fault and I will raising a charge back with my bank for damaged item / I have proof - luckily this particular item is only £13.99 - I managed to repair the other item!!

Delighted with my Grandaughter's jumperoo, the cheapest price and quick delivery.

I’ve had a great experience ordering from True Toys - good range of products, well priced. They’ve delivered quickly and have used an outer box for big toys, which was great as I was worried that prying eyes might see them. I will absolutely order again.

This pram has been purchased for my grandaughter for Christmas. So it's still in the box and I can't review the product. However I can say that the price was very competitive and I got an extra 10% off, making it a lot cheaper than Amazon. It was quickly delivered too.
