We understand your preference for playing in the bingo hall and appreciate your comments regarding our current offers. While many promotions are linked to online play, we recognise that this may not suit everyone, and your feedback about this has been noted and will be shared with the relevant team.

Staff friendly and very helpful if you need information or help. Meals always delivered to your table very quickly cooked to order and tasty. It's a good place to socialise with friends or on your own as other customers always acknowledge and speak. The machines are straight forward but staff always there if you need assistance.both afternoon and evening sessions are same . Good when you win but there's always another visit to try if you don't.

Going down hill
Bingo books can be expensive in comparison to the prize money.
Machine staff are not attentive. Very rare you get offered a drink especially on a Friday night or Saturday day. Some staff extremly unprofessional and rude.
