Aarron was very helpful when we were buying products for our new kitchen. His quotation was provided very quickly, and his advice throughout was so helpful. Really positive customer service experience.

HPD have been fabulous to work with from start to finish. They gave us all the options available and took time to discuss and plan our bathroom down to every last detail. We changed our plans several times and it was never an inconvenience to them. Their expertise is second to none and they couldn’t be bet on quote! Brilliant customer service at the hillinton branch

We went looking last week for a new bathroom sink unit in Hillington Estate m, we looked in to all the big usual places and didn’t see anything that we liked or at the price we liked !

We stumbled by chance to HPD plumbing and bathroom supplies in Colquhoun Avenue and we were politely greeted by a young guy called Aaron. He was most helpful and guided us through several different options and made some good suggestions that we had not considered ourselves.

We with his assistance chose the sink unit and ordered it then and there and the price was much better than the other larger showrooms that we had visited too.

The unit was ordered and ready for us to collect within 48 hours which was also great.

So if you are looking for any bathroom items please consider going to HPD in Hillington and ask for Aaron.

Lewis is very knowledgeable and helpful, gave us lots of choices and recommendations for our bathroom. We are looking to upgrade our kitchen in a couple of years so will definitely be back. A lovely young man with mo heavy sales pitch.

Mark and team are a pleasant bunch , to get material from as they are always ontop of what you are needing , would highly recommend if in need of plumbing supplies.

Have dealt with Mark at other suppliers over the years.the service I have received has been first class. When I forgot some items off an order Mark dropped it at my house on his way home after work which is going above and beyond. Highly recommend HPD.

Mark in particular has been brilliant to deal with — easy to get hold of, straight talking, and always keeps things moving. If there’s an issue, he sorts it. If stock’s tight, he finds a way. No chasing, no messing about.
