0 stars if possible
0 stars if possible. Stay away. Impossible to get a hold of your "pro" we had multiple skipped no call no show services. Like over 6 in a row. With different pros too. When we finally got one he cut our flower bushes in half with a weedwacker and scalped our lawn in the middle of a texas summer. Then another string of missed appointments. Customer service doesn't give a rip either. They don't get someone out even after 7 days in a row of missed appointments getting pushed back to over a month.

Reliable
I've tried several lawn mowing services, and Lawn Love has been the most reliable for keeping a schedule and maintaining communications. I am not able to do my own mowing, so this has been an essential service.

The experience was wonderful

Extra effort
Vincent and my lawn crew did a great job cutting my lawn and cleaning up the yard. They also took care of a branch that had blown down but was caught on a higher branch of the tree I could not reach. I really appreciate the extra time it took for them to pull it down for me. Thank you
