Lawn Care Review

I couldn’t be happier with the lawn care service! From the first visit, they were professional, friendly, reliable, and clearly took pride in their work. My yard looks noticeably healthier, cleaner, and more well-maintained after every visit. They pay attention to the details, keep everything neat, and do an excellent job making the property look its best. Communication has also been great, and I appreciate knowing I can count on them to show up and get the job done right. I highly recommend this lawn care company to anyone looking for dependable, quality service. Definitely a five-star experience!

Very unreliable. The companies in this network are unreliable and this company does not care. The day of service I'm told we have to find a new because the so called Pro does not have the equipment to complete the service. Even though they have completed the service lack list I might 4 times prior. You really try to give black businesses a chance but it is not worth it

I have been getting notifications from them for the past 2 weeks that my lawn is either going to be cut that day or the next day. But nobody ever shows up. Then I get a new notice saying they will be there tomorrow.

Now it looks like they have assigned someone else to do the job. But even they haven't shown up.

I called customer service. I got the run around from the call center in the Philippines. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but Joanne wouldn't grant that request.

I just want my grass cut. I wish I could attach a picture of my lawn. I now have tall grass shoots.

My lawn was a mess lawn love cleaned it up made it look very nice and the lawn guy Kerry was very professional you barely knew he was here except for my beautiful lawn the price was very reasonable all and all they did a great job

The grass looked ok some ruts not not to bad

Lawn Love makes it so convenient and easy to set up service. My sister couldn’t mow her lawn after surgery, and Lawn Love came to the rescue! The app is great for communicating with your professional team, seeing your history of past mowings, and adding other services too. Thank you!

I really just like that I was able to get a loan company. It doesn't matter that it's different each time. Just the fact that it gets done makes me happy

This lawn company is terrific. It is so affordable and dependable. The other companies are outrageously expensive, especially when you only need your lawn mowed and they don't try to upsell you. Kevin is great!!

I luve how Roberto moves my water hose out of the way every single time because I always forget to wrap it back up

Stacy Price of Lawn Love did NOT love my lawn. There are long paths and swaths of DEAD GRASS. I don’t know if he dripped gasoline or weed killer or something else but this is MAJOR DAMAGE to my yard, front and back. I have canceled all future services and would recommend the same to anyone considering this service. I’d give a zero star or less if I could. I lodged a support claim but no response yet. MAYBE THIS REVIEW WILL GET THEIR ATTENTION?
