Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service, we were missing some screws for our cotbed that we had bought a few years ago for my first child and are now intending on using for our second, I contacted Love to Sleep and they have kindly sent us out some replacement screws. Thank you for your prompt response and help.

Decent Bed for the Price, but Smell Won’t Go Away
For the price, the bed is okay. Setting it up was easy. However, there are two issues: first, some minor damage from bundling on the bed part; second, and more concerning, the strong odor. It’s been a week and a half, and the smell is still very strong. We are worried about exposing our baby to it, as we fear the odor could cause problems for our child.

Please kindly note that our products are made from natural pine wood and all paints used are certified as child-safe under EN 71-3 standards. New wooden products can sometimes give off a natural wood and fresh paint scent, which is completely safe. This should gradually fade and typically disappears within a short time.

Fantastic cot, difficult assembly…
It is a great quality cot and is really sturdy. It is not the easiest to assemble as some of the fixings are quite awkward to marry together. But really happy with the assembled product and the drawer.

Incredibly kind, loyal, and generous customer service
We recently moved home and our daughter's cot got a bit scratched by the movers in the process.
I wrote to Love For Sleep to ask if they could let me know the paint colour, so we could touch up where it had been scratched.
They were responsive to find the best solution for the issue and to my surprise, offered to send replacement parts for the affected sections of the cot! Such an incredibly kind gesture – and an excellent example of what you hope customer service loyalty looks like – i.e. taking a long-term view of making the customer feel valued and keeping that customer for years to come.

Good quality, lovely design and excellent costumer service.
We purchased a Tokyo baby cot from Love For Sleep for our baby almost two years ago, it is a perfect size for a small bedroom, has a lovely design and a good quality. I accidentally leaned on the bed recently and side bar broke, I contacted their costumer service and was very pleased when they told me that they will send the replacement free of charge, it arrived the next day.

Additional cot bed fixings and fasteners
I have reached out to them through email this morning, as I have lost the screws for my son’s Jacob cot bed.They have replied within minutes and have sorted the issue almost instantaneously as they have let me know that the fixings will be with me by the next day which is the sixth of May (tomorrow). Moreover, they have provided the tracking reference along with the former info in their final email.
I am really pleased with them and will definitely recommend them to new parents and friends :)

Excellent cot for our son from birth until present day (10 months). Company was also super helpful and responsive in sending a replacement part that broke when our son was jumping up and down on the bed. Highly recommend the product and service.
