I went in for a brake check on 6/6/2026…

I went in for a brake check on 6/6/2026 and was told I needed brakes and rotors all the way around. Had the service done ($1200.00). Took it back a couple of weeks after initial service was done due to a scrubbing noise every time I applied my brakes, and was told by the mechanic, who took it for a test drive that everything looks fine. My brakes are still making a scrubbing noise. I will never take my car back there.

Got a quote from their “call center “

Got a quote from their “call center “. The store would not honor the quote . Very rude manager Tierra . Had to file a complaint with corporate. They will be reviewing the recorded call . The store definitely needs customer service training . Ferris if your call center if they can’t provide accurate quotes !!!
