I am sorry. I can see you ordered on Thursday evening, was dispatched Friday and the item is out for delivery today with the Courier who does not work weekends. I can not see who has said it would be there quicker but orders usually take around a week to arrive.

I am sorry. The branches try to dispatch the orders as quickly as possible and the software does send out a notification telling the Customer is has been dispatched but we can not give an idea of what time the order will arrive.

I have still not received my order
I have still not received my order, they informed me of delays till the 14th sept, but it's now the 28th sept and I have not heard from them. I have been calling them every day for the past week and they are no longer picking up my call. I have tried to email them, but I got an email back saying my email had been block. I will be contacting my credit card company to have to get a refund now - what a faff and waste of time. I think some communication would have stopped me putting this review up. I chose to ignore the bad reviews on here before ordering but maybe I should have listened

Visited the Ipswich Rd, Cardiff branch for my bathroom renovation. A fabulous customer service experience! Very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful staff. My items were delivered very quickly and I was contacted by phone beforehand to update me on delivery times. They stock a wide range of goods which are of exceptional quality.
