We viewed a property with Jeff and he was extremely friendly and welcoming. Anything we needed to know about the property he was there on hand to answer all the questions we had. He allowed us to take our time round the property and didn’t put any pressure on us at all, as first time buyers having this experience takes off a load of pressure.

When our agreed sale fell through, Oulsnams were so helpful and helped us to find a new buyer. Even though the failure doubled their workload and they had to spend twice as long to sell our house as we expected, they didn't charge any extra.

Fantastic local estate agent, the staff have been great from viewing properties to finally collecting the keys to our new home last week. I have recently sold my house through Oulshams. I have had excellent service from all the team from my initial valuation up to completion. Having sold houses before through various agents I can highly recommend the team at Oulsnams as you get that extra personal service. Which is so helpful when selling a property.

House sale went very smoothly, probably helped by the fact that there wasn't a complicated chain. I approached Oulsnams, who had done a previous house valuation for me. Victoria and the team were very helpful and efficient in dealing with the sale. Marketing of the property was done quickly to get the property out there. The second viewing provided an acceptable offer which I took.
Oulsnam's suggested a company called Breezemove, who provide information on a selection of conveyancing solicitors with cost details. This was very useful, as these solicitors were geared to getting the completion done quickly. If I had chosen a local solicitor I don't think it would have completed anywhere near as quick. From accepting the offer to completion was two months.

Giving detailed feedback on viewings, useful tips and putting in a considerable amount of effort to ensure the sale went through with her kind and cheerful manner, always returning calls promptly. Due to Sarah the stressful process of selling our old family home was made so much easier.

We have recently successfully sold our property using the Bournville branch of Oulsnam and the money is now in our bank account.
It sold quickly at a good price. A great start! However, this is just the beginning of the process. It always takes weeks until completion and the sale money is eventually transferred.
However, what stands out for me is the support the staff at the Bournville branch then offered us during this period as they all worked towards an eventual final completion for us.
A group of very pleasant, professional staff kept gently pushing us, kept pushing the other parties, the buyer and even our own solicitors in the sale to encourage and nudge forward the sale towards completion.
At the same time, they kept us constantly up to date with progress, with problems or any actions that we needed to take to move the progress forward.
It was great to have them all on our side!
