The driver was excellent and provided outstanding customer service. Unfortunately, it appears he was given incorrect pickup times by the company. Communication seemed to be lacking, which may be due to the company being based in Florida and coordinating the service remotely.

Despite receiving inaccurate information, the driver was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure our transportation needs were met. He adjusted his schedule and arrived early for pickup, which we greatly appreciated.

My concern is not with the driver, but with the communication and coordination from the company. Improving the accuracy of trip details provided to drivers would help avoid confusion and ensure a smoother experience for customers. The driver's professionalism and flexibility ultimately made the trip successful.

HORRIBLE experience! The only reason I give them 1 star is I couldn't provide a review without one! This is a 3rd party booking agent who not only charged an absurd amount, but one of their drivers showed up & basically hid for 1/2 the day! Once I realized we were one driver short, I called & the driver (Mohamaud, SO UNPROFESSIONALLY, HUNG up on me!) The agent I booked with, Ronnie, literally instructed me to copy & paste information into the online agreement, that was inaccurate & caused further confusion. Ronnie is an outright LIAR! STAY AWAY from these guys - use a local company!

The booking process was a little complicated since I was juggling 20 other people’s requests, but Donna was amazing and kept finding ways to meet our needs.
She was patient when anyone else would have thrown in the towel. Looking forward to our Feb 2027 cruise!
