I contacted Redwood outdoors with a few questions about my sauna. Joe was very helpful and prompt with a response. I’ve owned my sauna for about five years now and love it. Anytime I had questions or concerns. I received fantastic customer service.

Sent broken/damaged parts. Like pulling teeth trying to get replaced. Waited weeks before I could get an answer. Repeated phone calls. Then I had to deal with this really bitchy customer service women. Whoever put her in charge of customer service is an idiot.

Purchasing a sauna for our home was a big decision given the amount of time, money, and space involved. For me, it was important to find a high quality product that was accompanied by great customer service - I considered this a new relationship I'd be building as the expectation is this sauna will be a fixture in our home.

I found that with Redwood Outdoors! After extensive research, I landed on the Garden Sauna from RO. The involved process from research/questions, purchase, shipping/delivery, construction, electrical installation, and finally sauna troubleshooting - the entire time I have had support from the Redwood Outdoors team, making sure I was satisfied with my investment and not getting stuck on any issues that arose while getting the sauna up and running.

Construction of the sauna building was easy and enjoyable - one solid day's work (with the instructions it was like building a giant grown up Lego set).

Find a quality electrician and follow RO's instructions.

The sauna has been up and running for a month (every night), and it's been fantastic. We are thrilled with the investment!

I've got Redwood on speed dial for any questions/issues, and they are always quick to get back to me.

I hope to have a long lasting relationship with them and to continue using our new Garden sauna year round. Thank you Redwood Outdoors!

Since day one I have problems with Alaskan cold plunge. First of all I was asked to fix it by my self, after I pushed multiple time I was offered a small compensation for hiring technician, which didn't cover the cost of technician. Currently cold plunge is non-functional and I am again required to fix it by myself or pay out of pocket most of the part of the bill.

The sauna arrived damaged and I had to fight like hell to get what I deserved; customer service is awful, truly a zero integrity company. This is what happens when you manufacture things in china and have zero control over your manufacturing process.

Was hired to put together a redwood outdoor sauna and as a carpenter I have honestly never seen such low quality. Door wouldn’t close, spliced wood, glue, and the crate was damaged (I pretty sure it was from China)

Delay's in order, not much follow through on status of back orders, ultimately my units were a month later than promised.

We love our new sauna (Barrel with full window) Assembly was easy. Kit came very well packaged. Customer service answered all questions when they arose. Looks so nice we are getting questions from all the neighbors.

The sauna is delightful and works like a charm. 15 in, 5 out, 4 times and we are done. Had 60 mph winds and sideways rain and the sauna did not budge. The roof stayed attached and the covering was unscathed. Thank you for delivering what you promised. J

Customer service and quality are a 5! I only have a 4 because I think they could improve their shipping timing communication. For instance, the accessories shipped first, which is fine but it kept me guessing when I could expect (and schedule my electrician) the sauna to ship and arrive. It also took more than "a few hours" to build, but was packed extremely well and instructions were good.

Sauna is amazing, very happy with my Harvia Virta heater. Any questions along the way and the team was very helpful with assisting. Had a perfect experience with Redwood Outdoors and will recommend to anyone.

I had another amazing experience at Redwood Sauna! This was my return visit, I was buying accessories for our sauna. Unfortunately, I had to exchange one of the items.. The process was seamless and efficient.

Joe was responsive and extremely helpful dealing with my inquiry regarding my garden sauna.

Your Cabin Sauna Kit and Alaskan Cold Plunge are of high quality and look great on our brick patio. The sauna assembly was straight-forward due to labeling and relatively clear instructions in the manual. The video was very helpful. It was also easy to speak with a real person on the few occasions when I needed clarification when ordering and assembling the units. Even during the heat of summer in Santa Fe, NM, we love the contrast of dry heat followed by a cold plunge, but we look forward to climbing in on crisp fall and winter days and evenings ahead!
