Really easy ordering process for click and collect in store. Competitively priced. Great friendly and professional in store collection experience.

I ordered a wheel in July. I was sent through a payment link and duly made payment. Having heard nothing I rang and was informed that I should have rung and confirmed payment and the wheel had not been ordered. This surprised me as I would have thought someone would reconcile payments to orders. The wheel was then ordered and I was told seven days was normal. I heard nothing for 10 days and rang again. The wheel had been delivered that morning and I picked it up. The wait was more than three weeks. All I received was an apology. This is very poor customer service

Good service from Sigma sports but let done by Royal Mail who were supposed to deliver yesterday but still not received, already 2 days late

Mathew is a complete legend. Dealt with him a few times he’s always effortlessly so efficient. I needed a SL9 frame I looked world wide, everyone said 6-9 months he got it for me within 8 days. I’m very grateful. Thank you again.

The service team did a great job on my 10 year old Scott Foil, even suggesting i have a silver service rather than the gold i had booked as the wheels were new.
The bike rode like a dream this weekend which make the sport so much more enjoyable.

Grevil F7 purchase with a lot of tweaks and modifications (as you do...). I was on a bit of a time deadline before a Spanish gravel adventure. A little miscommunication at Sigma meant it wasn't ready the day I was meant to pick up. PANIC!

No problemo! The store pulled a rabbit out of a hat, finished the bike fettling, and hand-delivered it to my home (2+ hrs drive away!) before I left! Schweeeeet. :-)

My requested dimensions, set-up and tweaks were spot on, and the (FOC) gtecnique ceramic coat is surreal - dirty bike + hose = clean bike! Yay.

I only leave reviews when things are out of the ordinary (good and bad), and Sigma turned a potential disaster into a huge win and created a big Sigma fan. Special thanks to Sigma's Jonathan Unsworth - absolutely a superstar. :-)

Fantastic service from initial consultation to bike pick up. Nothing was too much trouble for the team at Hampton Wick. Milo is a token to the company, his knowledge and patience was amazing. 100 percent a customer for life!
