Sofology - Bolton Reviews 

Already given a review for the grest service from Ash when we purchased our sofa yesterday! Then I rang back today to change my mind again.!! Ash was busy so Megan amended my order, she was very helpful with nothing seemed too much trouble. So thankyou very much. Great service.

We have been looking for a while and liked a few Sofology options. But the non hard sell approach by Ellie and the store manager allowed us to get the help we needed, offering other suggestions and also giving us space and time to decide. Thank you both. Can’t wait for them to arrive now!

Ash was very pleasant and allowed us to browse without being harassed. He was on hand when we had questions and was very knowledgeable. No pressure and even though we did it walk out twice to look at other options he was friendly and said he would be happy to help when we come back in

Advice on entering was really helpful. Left to browse until we had a couple of questions.Its refreshing to have someone who was knowledgeable and not intrusive. Couldn’t rate the service enough it was a pleasure doing business with Ash.

Excellent shopping experience for our new sofas. The staff member who assisted us, Noshin, was extremely helpful, as was her manager. Both could not do enough to assist us from measuring the (now purchased) sofa, to turning it upside down so its mechanism could be seen to assess if it would go through our narrow hall. No pressure from anyone. You were left to browse until you requested assistance which I loved. Pleasant, polite, happy in their role.

They then left us alone to look over/try the sofa in our own time ,along with making us a brew and biscuits ,which we also enjoyed whilst trying out the sofa ..It paid off because we ended up purchasing the sofa Staff very helpful in giving us recommendations on the material which is recommended for high traffic household and dogs which having 2 dogs was my main concern .main thing is staff was close by but didnt mither or pressure us which is always a positive for me .

Great service in-store, very informative and friendly but not pushy at all like some experiences we had elsewhere (SCS!) Went a couple of different times to make sure we were getting the right item and everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable both times and helped us choose our dream sofa & care package.

Good experience in store, very friendly and accommodating staff (they stayed open 5mins past closing so I could sit on some), there to give information when asked but were not pushy which I like. The ordered process was straight forwards, with staff taking me through step by step.

I was a bit nervous about ordering after reading the amount negative reviews online about poor delivery and customer service. I risked it but m been putting off writing a review until the process from purchase to delivery was complete. My sofa arrived today, just over 2 weeks from purchase (this was a quick delivery order from 14days because of existing stock so it would be longer for made to order) But it all went smoothly and to time, delivery guys helpful and got my sofa set up in about 20mins. Sofa looks great so overall very happy. Hope this can put some people at ease because it’s hard to find any good reviews for sofa shops to help make fully informed decisions!!

Bought 2 sofas today after having visited the Middlebrook store several times recently. Sales staff were a breath of fresh air as they were not pushy at all, unlike other shops these actually left you alone after initial introduction but were always on hand should you need any help . After leaving many stores due to staff stalking us and making us uncomfortable, this was a refreshing change . We visited this firm in other locations too, but returned to Middlebrook to order as Laura had been exceptionally helpful and friendly during previous visits . Ash was also very pleasant and helpful today with processing our order . After months of sofa shopping to find the right ones we now can’t wait for new sofas to arrive

Very good, made to feel welcome when we walked in to the store, left to browse the range and only when we wanted to ask a question did we need to make contact with sales person.

Very helpful in the store. Put everything into an online basket so we could go home and confirm measurements.

We went to Middlebrook with the intention of buying a new sofa. Walking into Sofology after being in most of the other sofa retailers there was just a different, comfortable feeling about it.
We focused on an asymetric design which we'd not seen anywhere else. The ones in store were too big for our space but we were helped by Noshine who advised us on the smaller size. She was so friendly, helpful and informative but without putting us under any pressure. We left to consider others but on our return, Noshine helped us again and we finalised our choice and placed the order. This is our second purchase from them and we are replacing one of the sofas we bought from there 12 years ago. There's nothing wrong with the one we are replacing apart from we want something different.

Noshin was very knowledgeable about the type of sofa we were looking for. She was professional and courteous and great brand ambassador for Sofology!

The staff at Middlebrook were fantastic , extremely helpful and delightful . We visited three times just to make sure our purchase was going to be exactly what we wanted . Megan was wonderful and Ash was perfect to order with . The store is set our superbly and perfect for sofa hunting.
